Anniversary trip

Perfect long weekend

A stunning apartment in a fantastic location! So easy to get to Rialto, San Marco and Fondamente Nove (for the ferries to the islands) We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment.

Wonderful location

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Close to everything. Wonderful view onto the little bridge and canal! Could spend hours just watching the gondolas and people go buy.

Such a wonderful little spot

We absolutely LOVED our time here! The living room views are right off the Marco Polo Bridge, and gondolas go down that channel most of the day. The location is in Rialto, so it is so easy to get everywhere, yet it's not on the main path, which was nice as it is a bit quieter. We had such a lovely time staying here! I would absolutely return to this unit!

Clean, helpful, and friendly

My stay in Venice was fantastic. Find the flat was an easy process with the help from Valentina! The location was in the heart of Venice with a great view of the canal. Everything was clean and accurate to the listing.

Venice break

This flat was perfect. Atmospheric and chic decor in a wonderful location. Valentina, who greeted us, was exceptionally helpful. The views over the canal, watching the gondolas and people strolling over the bridge was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous

Beautiful apartment overlooking the canal and Marco Polo bridge and house. Gondolas pass your window all day long. Central location within an easy walk to all the Siestre Valentina was extremely helpful and welcoming. This is our second time in this apartment and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location. But the bed was soft and low to the floor. Found mosquitoes when we opened the windows. Damp weather and cold. Not for seniors

Wonderful stay

We had enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable - spacious enough for two people, clean and the kitchen was well equip. The property is situated in a convenient location - close to all local amenities and key tourist attractions. However, far enough that at the end of the day you can have some peace away from the crowd (which can get excessive in Venice!). Valentina was lovely to deal with – she met us when we arrived and communicated with us during our stay. We love Venice and had thoroughly enjoyed our time in this part of Italy. Given the chance we would stay in Ca’Milion again.

Beautiful, beautiful property. The pictures do not come close to doing the location and home justice

This home is stunning! Right next to the Rialto bridge yet quietly tucked away in a quiet road with a beautiful view of the canal. The one bedroom apartment is large with a full kitchen and two twin, very comfortable, pull out beds in the sitting room. The bathroom comes with all the perks, bidet and towel drying rack included. The host is gracious, very helpful and will meet you at your stop to walk you to the home. He has also prepared a binder of good eats and sights in the area. 15/10 recommend!

Beautiful place in the heart of Venice

My wife and I stayed at this lovely property during our stay in Venice. The place is very clean and beautiful, and is located just a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Giorgio met us at the water taxi stop and took us to the apartment. The apartment has a nice view to the canal, and is walking distance from San Marco Square and other popular sites in Venice. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with plates and cooking vessels in case we wanted to cook. We loved our stay in this nice little apartment and will not only stay here again the next time we visit Venice but would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers looking for vacation rental in Venice. Definitely more spacious than staying in a hotel!

This apartment is really excellent for two people.

We are a middle aged couple who stayed here for one week. This is a beautiful apartment in a really great location, literally five minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment is in a relatively quiet street but close to the busier streets that are full of restaurants and shops etc. Just round the corner is Osteria al Portego a must try if you love great food, but book the day before its very busy with locals. Georgio meet us at Rialto and was very helpful with information and details etc. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for two people to have a very comfortable stay including full kitchen. It overlooks a canal and little bridge so you can watch as the gondolas negotiate the bridge. We'll be staying here again next time we visit Venice I hope.

Right in the heart of Venice, close to everything!

Perfect place for a couple, I would not recommend more people. The apartment was wonderful, my wife and I had a great stay, Georgio was helpful and once we figured out how to navigate Venice the location was great. From the coffee shop around the corner to the baccaria also close with great food and wine, a co-op grocery store in Santa Mariana, to a 5 minute walk to Rialto, 10 to St Marco and the Doge. The view out of the window onto a canal and the back of Marco Polo's house was fabulous as was watching the gondoloas go by at night. The apartment itself is well laid out, comfortable bed, old wood beam ceilings, my only thought was providing more than one towel per guest would be appropriate for a weeks stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to be close to the center of things, but would like a quiet place slightly off the beaten path (always better for local living).

Great Apartment in Venice

Fabulous apartment for a couple, it’s views of the canals below is great. l have two comments. this a very busy area... it’s near the Rialto bridge with hordes of tourists so be prepared for crowds, but once you inside the apartment it’s fine. Let’s face it Venice has just too many tourists. We rent apartments when we travel as we enjoy longer stays as well as taking evenings off and making dinner at the apartment. In fact being close to the rialto market was a big reason for picking this property. the kitchen is definitely workable but there are essential pieces missing no tea towels, no fry pan, cheese grater no bread knife....we asked Giorgio about them but he never answered. l would probably still return to this apartment.

Appartement superbe très bien situé

Le descriptif de l’appartement est très bien fait, il est idéalement situé proche du pont Rialto. Valentina nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée à la station vaporetto pour nous accompagner à l’appart. Tout était PARFAIT. Merci pour tout.

Perfect apartment to get the feel of Venice

The apartment is in a great location. Through the huge windows, which lets in lots of light, you can have great people watching as people cross over the bridge right below the window. You can also get a glimpse behind-the-scenes of the world of the gondoliers as this seems to be near one of their stations. The bathroom and kitchen are clean and modern. Soap, shower gel and towels were provided for the bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped—I was able to shop at the Rialto market and cook a seafood lunch easily. The Coop supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and Rudi, the manager, was friendly and minutes away if there were any problems. I'd recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und werden auch wieder die Wohnung nehmen wenn wir in Venedig sind. Es dürften nur mehr Kaffeetassen vorhanden sein .Sonst alles Top.

We didn’t stay at the place we booked do to the air not working. The condo they gave us was nice but a noisy area at night. No TV OR View like the other one was to have.

Great Location.

A lovely sanctuary in the heart of Venice. This apartment was exactly as described and met all our expectations. It was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. Watching the canal traffic was very entertaining. Our only suggestion to the owners, would be to include a tea towel or something to wash and dry dishes with. Outside of that minor detail, I would highly recommend this apartment. Ciao

Excellent Location, Excellent Value, Excellent Experience!

Giorgio told us to meet him at Campo Santa Marina, which I thought strange at first. But, as he began to show us the key areas around the neighborhood during our 3 minute walk to the apartment, I understood why! He pointed out the COOP grocery store, the café, a really great restaurant and a take away pasta place (owned and run by Italians), so he helped us quickly get our bearings. The apartment itself was laid out really well and had a great view of the canal and bridge below. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is primo as it’s at the corner of 3 districts; Rialto, San Marco and Cannaregio. It’s far enough off the beaten path, but close enough to the main attractions. This means your not going to pay touristy prices for some really great local food, I would definitely recommend the place! Great value!

Little haven in Venice

Overlooking a canal, right next to Marco Polo bridge, 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. Ideally situated for visiting all the sights. Elegant tiled flooring, sumptuous bathroom, well appointed small kitchen with everything you should need, spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area and a huge comfortable bed, just what you need after a hard days sightseeing. We were met at the Rialto Bridge on arrival and enjoyed visiting the little cafe for breakfast which was pointed out when we arrived. This apartment is an exelent base for a Holiday in Venice. The cooking facilities are sufficient to prapare a meal if you don’t want to eat out and there are lots of good places to eat if you do. We would strongly recommend al stay at Ca Milion. You will not be disappointed.
