Fantastic country house for 6 people, with amazing views from the private pool to the mountains and the fields of Montuïri.
Don't you think that the exterior area of this wonderful villa is a true paradise? The landscape is superb from any of the two terraces, with a clear panoramic to the green fields, the town and the mountains. This will be your best company while outdoors. Either having breakfast under the porch, basking in the sun on any of the 7 sun loungers or swimming in the salted pool of 8 x 4 metres and 1 to 1.80 metres depth. There also is a barbecue available for those who really love grilled recipes.

From the porch you enter a majestic living room, with two comfortable sofas, AC, pellet stove and satellite TV. The dining kitchen, with a modern and relaxing style, offers a ceramic hob and AC too.The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry room. The bathroom in the house offers a shower and a bidet. In order to rest, the house features three bedrooms with a closet, AC and exit to the outside each. Two of them come with a double bed and the third has two twin beds. A cot and a high chair also are available.

The finca is located only 3 km away from Montuïri, a beautiful interior village where you will find all needed services for your stay, like a supermarket, bars and some good restaurant to enjoy the traditional Mallorcan cuisine and the typical "pa amb oli". This is a land of crops and wind mills, with medieval remains and a highlighted traditional culture. The Ma-15 offers an easy access to the whole island and, of course, to the amazing and paradisaical beaches and coves like Portocolom (31 km away), or Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc which are spectacular protected beaches. Felanitx is not far away and it is the perfect town to visit on Sunday due to its great street market.

A really nice Villa - in the middle of the island

We’ve had a really enjoyable week at the villa. We were able to get to every part of the island within an hour, be that beaches, harbours or shopping centres. It was really hot 34’c but the villa had great air conditioning and all our devices didn’t stop the internet buffering!! A really enjoyable stay with a friendly owner who couldn’t do enough.

Magdalena’s house was just perfect for a few days away from everything - the insanely beautiful sunsets, the sound of the goats out on the hills, the awesome pool! Our family of four had a really lovely break here and would love to return. And if you do want to get out and explore it’s in a great spot to do so (literally just off the Ma-15 so not in total isolation) and only half an hour to the beaches. Magdalena was super lovely and so kind on our arrival and departure. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig – ideal, wenn man etwas abseits entspannen möchte. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Grill, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben – auch, weil es in der Küche schnell sehr warm wurde. Leider konnten die Klimaanlagen die Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend kühlen, was gerade in den heißen Nächten etwas unangenehm war. Zudem führte das zu einem recht hohen – und teuren – Stromverbrauch. Magdalena kommt alle 2 Tage vorbei um den Pool aufzufüllen und den Müll zu entsorgen, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit :)

Wir wurden von der Besitzerin, trotz unserer Verspätung sehr nett empfangen. Generell war die Finka und der Pool in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Besitzerin ist zudem alle zwei Tage vorbei gekommen und hat nach dem Pool und dem Müll geguckt damit auch alles gepflegt bleibt. Wir haben uns in der Finka, welche sehr ländlich und ruhig liegt sehr wohl gefühlt und können es ohne bedenken jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Finca in zentraler Lage. Man erreicht alle Ecken der Insel in einer Stunde Das Haus war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Um das Haus herum ist Landwirtschaft, mit vielen Hähnen, die ab 05:00-17:00 um die Wette krähen. Ich mag das ländliche, aber an die Hähne musst man sich gewöhnen. Zusätzlich ist die Autobahn recht nah dran, man hört sie nicht im Haus, aber am Pool. Leider liegt das Haus auch bei bestimmten Wind in der Einflugschneise. Ich würde aber trotzdem dabei nicht von Lärmbelästigungen reden.

We've just returned from 1 week and it was fantastic, it's a stunning villa out in the middle of nowhere, total peace and quiet. Magdalena was lovely, very helpful. The villa is immaculate, all rooms are beautifully decorated, bathroom is stunning, beds are super comfortable, pool is lovely and the views are incredible, you can watch the sunset every night from the huge balcony. You will 100&% need a car, there is the Montuiri town centre about 5 minute drive with a couple of small supermarkets, there is a larger supermarket in the town of Porreres which is around 8 minutes away. The sat nav postcode doesn't work too well so you'll definitely need to use the map coordinates from Magdalena, we used the Ggle maps app and it was really straightforward. We had some lovely BBQs too. We will be returning for sure.

A great country stay

My wife and I had a great week in this villa. It is big with a great pool. Magdalena, the owner, was really friendly and there were no problems. The location is next to a farm yard so you get the country noises but that was no issue for us. It should be noted that you pay for the electricity used at the end of the week which I had missed from the booking website but it is understandable given the rising cost of power and it did not spoil a really relaxing holiday.

Eine Wunderschöne Finca zum relaxen ! Wir sind von der Besitzerin herzlich empfangen worden. Sie hatte 2 Liter Milch , eine Ensaimadas, Sangria,Wein alles für uns schon da gehabt ?? Die Finca ist super ausgestattet . Pool Handtücher gab es auch . Alle 2 Tage kam jemand um den Pool zu reinigen . Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht der Hammer . Von der Finca aus ist man in ca 30 min überall Norden,Süden,Westen,Osten Zum Flughafen 12 min Am Abreisetag durften wir noch bis 13 Uhr in der Finca bleiben obwohl um 10 Uhr check out ist Die Besitzerin ist ein ganz toller liebevoller Mensch Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit meinen 3 Kindern und Mann .Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen
