The holiday home Villa Joli is located on the slopes of the Montgo mountain, in a quiet residential area and offers a magnificent view of the bay of Denia, the sea and the surrounding mountains. The villa consists of two separate floors, the loewer floor will be closed during the stay. The upper level consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is modern and offers many amenities such as air conditioning, Internet access, central heating (with extra payment). A lovely terrace with a private pool, outdoor shower and toilet and built-in barbecue area are ideal to enjoy the beautiful weather, for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and barbecue evenings with al-fresco dining. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with lawn, ideal for children to play. In just 5 minutes by car the visitor could reach the sandy beach of Denia or the port and the center with all shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Your pet is also welcome at an additional cost.
