古いベネチア家のこの85㎡の二階のアパートメントは、完全に修復され、伝統的な木製の梁の開いた屋根裏部屋があります。 2階建てのフラットには、近くの運河を見下ろす大きなダブルウィンドウ付きのエレガントなエントランスホールがあります。
上層階：設備の整った簡易キッチン付きのリビングルーム、マドンナデルの教会正面、2番目のダブル/ツインベッドルーム、広々としたバスルーム1室/ビデ/バスタブ/シャワー、手洗い付きの2番目のトイレ。 装飾的ならせん状の階段は、リビングルームから、家の前にある美しい運河を見下ろす小さな屋根のバルコニーにつながっています。
水上タクシーまたは公共交通機関で簡単にアクセスできます：Roma Piazzaleと主要鉄道駅からのVaporetto 4. 2と5. 2。 ヴェネツィア - マルコポーロ空港からのAlilaguna / Orange直行。

Wonderful stay in Venice

A wonderful apartment in Venice, with a fantastic host. He was very helpful in our communication before arrival, he greeted us at the dock, and helped us with restaurant recommendations for the area. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again!

Venice dream trip

EVERYTHING about this property is fantastic! Host is the best! We felt at home and relaxed. The location is absolutely fabulous. Away from tourist but close enough to walk anywhere. Loved mingling with the locals in the area.

Our stay at the Venice apartment

The apartment was close enough to most tourist attractions but in a nice residential neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Our host met us at the ferry stop and had a nice package that he reviewed of suggested places to see and eat, which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Perfect Place For a Stay in Venice!

The apartment was even better then we expected and looked great in the fotos. Our host Arrigo was extremely responsive and helpful and waiting for us when we arrive by boat from the airport. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and all the appliances and heating worked perfectly. We would love to come back!

Very hospitable!

We felt very much at home in Arrigo’s appartement. Arrigo arranged the transportation from the airport to his apartment, very nice! We came in very late in the evening, still Arrigo took time out for us to tell us about restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. The appartement is in a very quiet area, but restaurants etc are very close by. We couldn’t have had a more lovely time in Venice!

Perfecto!

From the moment he met us at water taxi stop through our entire experience, I truly cannot find a fault. Arrigo sat with us for 30 minutes walking through a map and giving us many many ideas and options!!! Great villa just far enogh from crowds for quiet but a 3 minute walk to so much!! Comfy beds, blackout blinds for skylights, plentiful kitchen; quiet, lovely building! I would 1000% stay here again!!!

Welcome sojourn!

Everything about the stay was so nice. Our host, Arrigo, kept in touch prior to our stay, helping with how to reach the apartment from the bus terminal. He met us at the vaparetto stop, gave a welcome tour of the apartment, and then offered to review some info on local areas of interest. In short, he was terrific. Also, the internet was always available and very fast. The beds were very comfy. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Everything about this home is ideal, starting with its location. After dealing with hoards of people in the most popular areas, walking home to this peaceful neighborhood and home have us the reprieve we needed. Arrigo is the perfect host. He sat with us when we arrived and mapped out some amazing places — and told us places to avoid. Follow his advice! You will not be disappointed. The 7:00 am bells out of the master bedroom window are eye opening but they are also lovely. And the screens on the windows are a lifesaver. Thank you Arrigo, we will return - just not in August! Amazing property and host in a fabulous city!

We arrived in Venice after 4 nights in Paris, where we also stayed in a VRBO. The difference between the two stays were like night and day! Both properties were amazing, but it were the hosts that made the difference! In Paris, we never met the owner. We met the nanny, who took our money, gave us the keys and left us to our own devices. In Venice, not only did Arrigo meet us (he actually ended up waiting several hours due to me telling him an incorrect arrival time) but then he helped orient us with the great city of Venice. It made all the difference! He gave us suggestions of where to eat, what to see, what to skip and what not to miss. He was exactly the kind of host you want in a foreign city. Of course, the property is beautiful and we slept better there than we did on the entire rest of our trip. Thank you so very much, Arrigo!

séjour optimal dans une location confortable et fonctionnelle, située dans un quartier authentique.

Notre hôte, qui parle couramment le français, nous as très gentiment accueillis et conseillés dès notre arrivée.L'appartement est très agréable et bien situé.Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Venise, rien que pour revoir la lumière du soleil sur le canal et sur la façade de la Madonna dell'Orto.Merci Arrigo.

Venedig von seiner stilleren und charmanten Seite

Vier Wochen durften wir diese wundervolle Wohnung bewohnen, direkt neben dieser schönen Kirche in einem ruhigen Viertel Venedigs. Alle erforderliche Infrastruktur in unmittelbarer Fussnähe! Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants. Auch ein kleiner Markt mit Fisch, Obst und Gemüse ist über das Ghetto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Unschlagbar die Nähe zur VaporettoStation Orto. Keine Stufen und keine Brücke! Und sofort in der Lagune! Besser kann man nicht wohnen! Die Wohnung selbst ist klasse. Der Besitzer hat an alles gedacht, sogar ein Nachtlicht gibt es. Die Küche sieht zwar klein aus, aber sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann alles kochen. Backofen, vier Herdplatten, Spülmaschine und alle nötigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gut funktionierende Heizung, das war im November eine Wohltat! Arrigo ist ein äußerst fürsorglicher Gastgeber! Er sorgte z.B. für ausreichend Taps für die Spülmaschine, dickere Decken für die Betten und informierte über wichtige Neuigkeiten. Z.B. den Marathon in Venedig und die damit einhergehenden Behinderungen. Oder den Streik der Verkehrsbetriebe und was das für uns bedeutet. Besser geht es nicht! Wir sind sehr dankbar, dort gewesen zu sein und können diese Wohnung mit diesem liebenswürdigen Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. Jedenfalls werden wir in Venedig keine andere Wohnung mehr mieten, weil es nicht besser geht. Danke an Arrigo!

Das Aptm. ist ausgezeichnet. Alles ist perfekt, gute Ausstattung der Küche, gute Lage des Aptm. ,der Gastgeber Arrigo ist sehr nett. Er hat uns bei unserer Ankunft von der Schiffsstation abgeholt, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles war sehr sauber. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher mal zurück.

Quiet Apartment in Cannaregio

This was our second visit to Venice and our second stay in the Cannaregio district. The apartment was exactly as described. It was exceptionally large for the two of us and has all the amenities needed for any length of stay. Arrigo met us on our early arrival and stored our luggage until check-in time. Once we were able to check in, Arrigo gave us a tour of the apartment and explained all the ins and outs. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood so there were no distractions while sleeping. Arrigo kept in touch throughout our stay and was helpful when we had concerns about getting to the airport on time. I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples or small families.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Sehr schön und gepflegt. Arrigo der Wohnungseigentümer ist sehr bemüht und tatsächlich daran interessiert, daß es dem Gast gut geht und er sich wohlfühlt. Wohnzimmer und Küche haben leider nur ein recht kleines Fenster. Der Lichteinfall kommt zum großen Teil von oben. Aber das ist in Venedig überhaupt keine Seltenheit.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful corners of the unspoiled , truly venetian ( and actually also very trendy!) Cannaregio District, beside the magnificent Madonna dell’ Orto gothic church, containing cherished treasures including some Tintoretto masterpieces.
It is very easy and confortable to reach by public transportation either you arrive from Piazzale Roma car terminal, from the Train Station or from Marco Polo airport, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop ( Madonna dell' Orto ) and the apartment.
