Location and Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the Cannaregio district, one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice. Just a few steps away is the Jewish Ghetto, a site of great historical and cultural significance. The area is well-served by essential shops, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and the local fish market.
Cannaregio is renowned for its numerous restaurants and osterias offering traditional Venetian dishes. The district also has historical significance for hosting various artistic academies, including one dedicated to the painter Tintoretto.
From the apartment, you can easily reach the Ghetto Square on foot, and with a 15-minute walk, you can get to the Rialto Bridge and then St. Mark's Square.

This apartment was lovely and extremely clean, and in good condition. It had two outdoor spaces, with one of them offering a great view on a canal and bridge. The spaces were well laid out and the bathroom was quite spacious. A special thank you to the hosts who were extremely responsive, flexible and kind. Highly recommended!

Property was very clean, beds were fairly comfortable. The balcony was great to have a morning coffee or evening drink. Host was very helpful. Top floor suite so lots of stairs!

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. It is very well suited for a stay of several days in Venice. With the nearby Guglie and San Marcuola stations, the apartment is wonderfully connected to the vaporetto network.

Overall a very nice apartment on a quiet side street in Venice and close to the main stree for walking. There is a nearby water bus (vaporetto) stop making trips to the train station and sites easier.

We were very happy with the rental! There were 3 flights of stairs, which we knew about but want to make sure others know this. It also would have been nice to have motion detection lights in the stairway. We enjoyed the balcony and loved the overall space. One other suggestion would be some new towels. Lastly, the property manager was super responsive and helpful!

Great Location

Just a short walk from the train station and tucked away off the street, loved the terrace where we would sit at night enjoying a drink and playing cards.

Fabulous location!

The view is amazing and the place is very clean. The balcony is a great place to people watch and have some wine or Presecco. The stairs are a bit rough... but we're older and out of shape. We actually appreciated the exercise. The neighborhood is super charming. We would definitly come back!

Perfekte Location

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt mitten in Cannaregio und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Dach-Terrasse ist ein absoluter Gewinn und jede Stufe wert, die man in den 3. Stock steigen muss. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für ein paar Tage Stadturlaub braucht. Nicoletta hat uns perfekt eingewiesen und vor allem tolle Tipps und Hinweise für Venedig gehabt.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Les explications données par Elisa sont très utiles (plan, restaurants, prix des vaporetto...) 2 lots de clés disponible ce qui est très pratique lorsque nous voyageons à plusieurs. Je recommande cet appartement pour son calme, et son emplacement.

The perfect Venetian Apartment

We loved our stay so much! When we arrived we were given clear instructions on where to walk and who to meet. Elisa was the lady and she was in the square waiting to show us to the apartment because it would be almost impossible to find it with Google Maps. Elisa was very helpful and gave us a full run down on the property before leaving us to it. Elisa even said we could help ourselves to any supplies there such as washing liquid, sugar, oil etc. Very helpful. Amazing service! The place itself is obviously very old but fully renovated for maximum comfort. But be aware there is no lift and the apartment is at the top so you need to be able to get your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. The beds were comfy and the area was super quiet so great for families. There was air con in every room and the balcony was spacious and lovely for outdoor dining at the table. Our son befriended a gecko on the balcony - it was there for our whole stay. We loved the view over the church, square and canal. The kitchen was functional but could do with a few more cups and a bread knife! Great to have a dishwasher. Good shower and washing machine. The washing rack was a bit broken but the washing dried so quickly in the summer sun. Of all the places we stayed in Europe, this one was by far the best. Five stars ⭐️

Schöne Wohnung über den Dächern Venedigs.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig. Die Kommunikation super und sehr zeitnah. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal! Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein um die Treppen zu Wohnung zu schaffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen!

Everything went well. Nicoletta who met us and gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful! Really great start to our days in Venice. Thanks for all the good ideas where we should go/eat/what we should do. The appartment is really beautiful. Great balcony. Perfect location. Can only recommend.

Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig

Die Wohnung ist super! Schön gelegen, ruhig mit Blick auf einen kleinen Seitenkanal, eine große Terrasse mit Schatten im Hochsommer, die Klimaanlage ist leise und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist klein, aber modern und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Nur das Bett im Master-Bedroom ist etwas schmal (gefühlt ca 1,40 - 1,60 m) und war uns zu hart - ein Topper würde helfen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Alfonso war nicht sehr schnell, aber gut und der Empfang von Nicoletta hervorragend. Sie war sofort am Treffpunkt, spricht englisch und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.
