Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome

Our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
On request it is possible to arrange the return transfer to the airport (not included in the price).

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

We LOVED our stay at the Roma Apartment. Our host was great and greeted us at the door. The apartment was gorgeous and very comfortable. It had all of the amenities needed and our family of 5 was very comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for our family of five, one block to the Spanish steps and beds were extremely comfortable… The pullout bed came in handy for our third child. Very clean apartment excellent shower and the perfect location -will stay again.

This apartment absolutely lived up to the WiFi password: “Gold Apartment.” The place was luxuriously Italian, clean, and looked like the kind of suite where a Roman emperor might casually sip espresso while judging your sandals.The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and averaged over 18,000 steps per day exploring Rome, which made the several flights of stairs to the apartment feel less like an inconvenience and more like part of our unofficial gladiator conditioning program.Host Joey was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from start to finish.If you’re looking for modern luxury with authentic Roman charm right in the heart of the historic center, this place delivers.

Great rental for Rome.

We had an amazing stay. The pictures shown are exactly what you find when you get there. Great walking distance to most of the sight-seeing areas. Plenty of resturants close by!!
