Great place to enjoy Rome

We were very pleased with the service and communication of the rental team. The apartment was spacious and interesting. It was also very convienently within a stone throw of the Vatican and a train station. We ran into an issue with one of the AC units but it was quickly handled by the maintenance team.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Location was great. 20-25 minute walk to Vatican, literally restaurants on the ground floor and all along the walk. Spacious apartment so we didn’t feel crowded. Air conditioning and elevator were pluses! Check in was super easy and the property manager responded quickly to issues. Easy to catch a taxi and be dropped off from location. Cons: Top floor was unusable due to broken air conditioner, tv in living room did not work. Although it was eventually fixed on our last day, no hot water the entire stay. Pipes were always in danger of clogging. To get hot water, we’d have to run the water for 10 minutes or more which caused the bidets to start backing up. This is NOT 10 minutes from the Vatican as advertised. The roof area is a mess to the point of dangerous. The wood is rotting and the swing needs to be thrown a way. Do not go up there. Too much junk and boxes stored in the property. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer any sort of refund for the hot water, when they knew the entire trip we had to take cold showers. Overall, if they fixed all the issues, this would be a great stay, but this location needs work.

DIE WOHNUNG IST IN DIE JAHRE GEKOMMEN, LASSEN SIE SICH NICHT VON DEN BILDERN TÄUSCHEN. DIE TERASSE IST SCHMUTZIG UND UNGEMÜTLICH, DIE GARTENMÖBEL IN DIE JAHRE GEKOMMEN. DIE KÜCHE IST IN DIE JAHRE GEKOMMEN, DER FUSSBODEN TEILWEISE ZERKRATZT, DIE MÖBEL VOM BILLIGSTEN UND UNBEQUEM IM WOHNZIMMER. IM SCHLAFZIMMER SIND DIE BETTENROSTE DURCH, MAN SCHLÄFT FAST AUF DER ERDE. IM BAD TEILWEISE SCHMUTZIGE AMATUREN. DIE HEIZUNG GEHT UM 22 UHR AUS BIS 6.30 UHR, IM WINTER SEHR KALT. PARKPLÄTZE FINDEN SIE KEINEN, DIE GEGEND VON BETTLERN UMGEBEN. DIE LISTE KÖNNTE FORTGEFÜHRT WERDEN.

L'appartement est bien situe a dix mm du Vatican ,le quartier ça va on trouve des places de stationnement facilement. l'appartement est grand le plus et la terrasse sur le toit où on peu manger tranquille et regarder un match pendant l'euro.le seul bémol que je met c'est que la grande chambre situé coter rue impossible de dormir entre les sirènes des ambulances le bruit extérieur on a pas dormis du séjour ,petit problème avec la clim on a pas réussi à la régler mais ça s'est rien et la baignoire dans la salle de bain et poser a mené le sol des qu'on l'utilise c'est l'inondation assurer on a du éponger tout le long sinon les amis qui étais situé dans la chambre voisine eux nous ont dis aucun bruit

Very nice apartment!

This is a cozy, comfortable and well equipped apartment. on a good location. There is every day (except on sunday) a market just in front of the door (fruit, vegetables, bread,...) and a supermarket (7/7 24/24) just around the corner. Also the busstop is just around the corner. Several busses go to Piazza Venetia. When we arrived there was a problem with the waterdrainage in the bath and shower. When we reported this problem the owner sent as quick as possible a plumber to fix it. Very good service! The communication was always good and fast. We certainly don't regret we selected this place for our week in Rome. Absolute recommendable!

Rome en famille

Logement idéal pour une famille très bien situé nous avons tout visité à pied la terrasse avec une vue superbe sur l’Acropole du Vatican . Il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjour nous avions les clim dans tout l’appartement ce qui était très appréciable. Logement idéal 😊
