This home is incredible. It has so many rooms!!! Great for a large group. We were confused at first because it's described as a farmhouse but it is not in a rural area. It is in town and shares walls with neighbors. It turned out to be a bonus because it was easy to get to everything. Ihope to go back and stay again. It felt very luxurious. Lorraine was very helpful with everything we needed.

The large property is old but with lots of character.The pool / outdoor area is the hero of this property. Spacious and clean, the kids loved the pool and we cooked on the BBQ.The bathrooms are dated, but they are as shown in the pictures and, based on our experience with other properties around Malta, we were expecting the water pressure not to be great.Aircon is coin operated and we found it gave a reasonable amount of usage if you don't try to blast all 7 units at once. There are also fans. The main thing that would improve the property is upgraded mattresses, pillows and linen as these were quite old and worn. You can walk go Victoria in about 20 mins or we always managed to park not too far away on the street. Communication with the owner was good and she lives next door so is available if you need anything.

We were 14 family members, surprised our mother/grandmother with a weekend break in this 5 bedroom farmhouse. Great size kitchen with 2 big fridge freezers, well air-conditioned, BBQ area and big pool with deck chairs. We really enjoyed it and can say that everything we needed we found including pots, plates, ect. Landlord lives next door, which was great just in case we needed anything, but really didn't need to call her because we were very comfortable and as I said before we found everything we needed.

Wonderful property with lovely large outside area and large pool that’s amazing for relaxing and playing with the children. The owner is so helpful with lots of local knowledge and quick to answer with any queries. She even sorted transfers to and from the airport for us and sorted a food pack for us as we were arriving in the evening. The pool was cleaned regularly which kept it sparkling for use every morning. Central to the village with a local shop, bus stop and restaurants within walking distance and beaches and attractions a short taxi/bus ride away. We had a really wonderful week and would definitely recommend!

Check - in problemlos und easy. In der Küche könnten ein Paar Plastiklöffel (Salatlöffe etc) ausgetauscht werden - sie sind weich, dadurch instabil.

Beautiful house and pool

The farmhouse is beautiful, although rather rustic/spartan. Beds, pillows, and sheets need an upgrade. Some bugs tried to take up residence with us but Lorraine helped us with that by bringing bug spray and we just had to keep all food in kitchen and crumbs cleaned up etc. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing. Lorraine was a gracious hostess. Coin op air con (but don’t run them all at once—we learned that the hard way.) Close to Victoria With many restaurants, shopping and amenities. Quiet street.

Family Holiday

This is a large house and had plenty of room for 7 adults. Lorraine was waiting to greet us and supplied us with some food for breakfast. We enjoyed our time here and was central to everywhere.

Lovely house

Very nice house, excellent reception and help with transfer and renting of cars from the landlady. We celebrated anniversary with my big family; 15 persons in all. Everybody, from 0-70 years old, was very happy with the stay.

Leuke villa, hier met vrienden 10 dagen verbleven. Wel zit het redelijk ver lopen van winkels vooral als je het niet gewent bent bult op en af te lopen. De eigenaar was een aardige vrouw en woonde t huis ernaast, dus was godd te bereiken bij problemen

Beautiful farmhouse with pool

The farmhouse was clean and spacious with plenty of outside space including a barbeque area and a pool, which was regularly maintained throughout our stay. The house is a lovely style and well equipped with everything we needed. Lorraine and her son responded to requests promptly and Lorraine lives nearby so was able to pop over in person when needed and had lots of helpful local tips.

Long weekend getaway

Very large, beautiful clean property. We were 8 adults and ate out only once during our stay as we did our own cooking /bbq. We did not want to leave the great entertainment pool area Great communication with Lorraine. Highly recommend. The only downfall is we did not book for a longer stay.

Schönes großes Haus mit dem Charme vergangener Zeiten

Wir waren eine Woche mit sechs Gästen in diesem großen Haus. Die Lage ist super, das Haus ist ruhig und angenehm dunkel. Leider sind die Möbel und Betten aus einer anderen Zeit und sollten mal einer eventuellen Renovierung zum Opfer fallen. Die Küche wirkt vergammelt, das Equipment auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, so dass man nicht kochen kann. Pool und Außenbereiche sind sehr schön. Alles in allem für eine Woche ok, aber für die verbrauchte Ausstattung zu teuer.

Stay at Ta Nina

Ta Nina is a beautiful house and the outside area, pool, bbq area etc are fantastic. Lorraine was a great host and was especially helpful when my nephew left some money behind after check out! The bathrooms and bedrooms could do with a bit of updating, especially the sheets and mattresses - this would make the house 10/10.

If you like rustic and no frills

The villa is a lovely building, full of character with lots of space and the location is ideal. We had a pleasant stay and the owner, Lorraine was helpful and friendly. Communication also very good so it was nice to know that if there was anything we needed Lorraine would get back to us. For the purpose of constructive feedback, some issues that we felt could be easily resolved to make the villa more comfortable were: Pillows, beds and bed linen which we all found uncomfortable and worn Cutlery also tired. Knives for cutting veg and fruit missing, two large knives are blunt so a knife sharpener would be useful Cracks in some bowls Water pressure for showers very low plus difficult to control water temperature so we resorted to using jugs for hair washing. Insufficient seating both inside and out for 10 people. Surprised that bin bags aren’t provided, they need to be purchased and this proved difficult given it was the. Easter holidays so many shops were closed. I’ve found that surplus supplies usually build up from previous guests in villa type holidays ( bin bags, salt , pepper etc.) but there was nothing at all. There are mainly minor issues ( with the exception of beds and showers) and we did have a lovely time.

Tolles großzügiges Haus

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Fliesenboden, sehr hohe Räume und einen großzügigen Außenbereich über 2 Ebenen. Mit zwei Familien und Kindern hat man genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für ein bisschen Ruhe. Die Architektur des landestypisch sehr beeindruckend. Die Vermieterin wohnt gleich nebenan und ist jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen. Daher klappte die Schlüsselübergabe am Ankunftstag spät abends sowie am Rückreisetag früh morgens perfekt. Die Innenstadt von Viktoria ist zu Fuß durch das Tal (nur zu Fuß) in weniger als 1km zu erreichen. Nicht zu vergessen das WLAN: hier kann man grenzenlos surfen oder streamen.

Lovely house with great outdoor area and pool, property owner helped us so much with arranging transfers and car hire, even putting our shopping away when it arrived before we did! Would love to have stayed longer!

Great farmhouse

Great house due to the big outside area. While there is an umbrella this is not enough for more than two people. Owner should consider more shaded area. Beds and pillow comfort could do with an upgrade. Overall I’d recommend this place.

Great homebase on Gozo

Beautiful property with plenty of space to spread out and a pool that felt like a must during the summer in Malta. The owner was right next door and always willing to help with every question we asked. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful Farmhouse on Gozo

We had a wonderful time staying at the farmhouse. Mrs Lorraine was so kind and so helpful. She arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as arranged a rental car for us with a local company that was much better price than I could find. Even had us some starter groceries. The house was perfect for our needs. Kids loved the amazing pool and we enjoyed a nice BBQ while looking at the Castella from the terrace.

Fantastic September Getaway

Getting to the property is not difficult at all, the host gave a very clear indication of where the stay is located and even provided us with street view pictures. The best part of the property has to be the outdoor area. There is a dedicated barbecue area, jacuzzi, and most importantly a large pool, accessed via a bridge-like walkway above the downstairs garden area. Little can be said on the indoor area, the kitchen and common areas were well equipped with the rest of the household being quite dated and in need of some attention, the bathrooms in particular.. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location for a summer break. Just be careful of sneaky hidden fees such as the host asking for an additional fee per person to cover vat, where it specifically states that it is included in the price, and the exorbitant AC rates which one cannot really do without in peak summer temperatures.

Would recommend!

Nice large house with pleasant pool, easily fitted our whole friend group! The lady renting the place was also very friendly! Short walk to victoria where there was a large supermarket, however also a small essentialsmarket just around the corner!
