Wir haben als Gruppe mit 5 Personen (Eltern plus ewachsene Kinder) und Hund wunderbare Ferien in der Villa Il Borghetto erleben dürfen. Diese Unterkunft kann man nur als aussergewöhnlich bezeichnen. Historische Bausubstanz, innen so modernisiert, dass es an nichts gefehlt hat (komplette Küchenausstattung, Beleuchtung, Klimanalage etc). 4 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Bettern/Matrazen. 3 wunderschöne Bäder mit Duschen. Antikes Mobiliar passend zum Stil des Hauses. Mehrer Terrassen mit Sitzgruppen, teilweise überdacht. Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Absolute Privatsqhäre auf dem 50.000qm! - grossen parkartigen Grundstück. Die supernette Mihaela (Besitzerin/Verwalterin) wohnt in einem Nebengebäude, ist quai unsichtbar, aber nur eine SMS message entfert, wenn man etwas braucht. Problemelose schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa a Villa Il Borghetto. La struttura è splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio e ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. La padrona di casa si è dimostrata estremamente cortese e disponibile, sempre attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche la rapidità con cui è stato risolto un piccolissimo inconveniente alla piscina: un segno di grande professionalità e attenzione. We used this lovely villa to get together with my family. We spent lovely days in the region. We visited Elba, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and many more beautiful Tuscany villages/places. We stayed and enjoyed the pool and this wonderful villa with the nice backyard where all of us could sit around the table and exchange the experiences of the day.

This was our second week of a two part trip with 10 people. 2 grannies, 2 married couples, 2 teens and 2 yarnings. The space has been wonderful. We used the house as a home base with two long sight seeing days and two pool days. It's been the perfect combo. The gravel paths are wonderful to explore and see nature. The house was accomodating and allowed for family dinner nights. My nephew can say he could live in Tuscany. Hope all who follow enjoy just as much as us.

Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Die drei vollwertigen Bäder sind auf alle drei Etagen verteilt, die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle in der ersten Etage. Es waren alle Räume sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Lovely stay in the hills of Tuscany

The villa in Uzzano is a beautiful old estate with large, well cared for grounds. The house is an old Palazzo that dates back to pre-Napoleanic times. It is extremely well cared for and is furnished with lovely traditional furniture and art objects. Everything necessary for a convenient and comfortable stay was provided. Things like air-conditioning, wi-fi, hot water, and swimming pool worked well. It is convenient to Florence and Luca. We enjoyed getting to know the local area- restaurants, bars and hiking trails. Michela, the owner, is delightful and was readily available to consult with on any issues and to provide information, including some fascinating history involving the palazzo and Napoleon.

Une superbe villa, avec la clim dans quelques unes des chambres. Piscine un peu petite, mais domaine très agréable. Propriétaire très gentille sur place, il faut simplement parler un peu l’italien. La communication en amont avec l’agence était très fluide. Un très beau séjour.

Zeker de moeite waard, mooi compleet huis. S’avonds bezoek van herten en wilde zwijnen. Dorp stelt niet veel voor maar een goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Florence en Lucca. Definitely worth a visit, nice complete house. Evening visits from deer and wild boar. Village is a good base for visiting Florence and Lucca.

Very nice house ( pics describe house well) and fantastic garden in quiet surrounding on a very big and private property. Kitchen works well, with most items in place and a big place for outside eating, nice albeit somewhat “on the backside” of the house. A bit of mosquitoes at night, as in other areas of Tuscany. A/C in 3 of four bedrooms. Pool area is plesant, albeit 50m or so away/down from the house. Owner/host lives in separatated part of house but not disturbing on any big way. House power system is a bit underpowered and full use of appliances needs to be paired with a/c off and no washing machine. Not suitable for charging Your EV, but four 22KW AC chargers are available 5 min walk from house by nearest supermarket. Nice small town 5 min drive (Pescia) with most stuff available in very untouristy town with Saturday market. Car is generally recommended for this place to work smoothly, but it is not impossible without 10 min drive to trainstation. We had a fantastic time with our young adults. Very good setting for the big family.

Verblijf in een grote villa

Mooi groot huis, fijne slaapkamers met airco, goede badkamers, goede keuken en bbq buiten, te weinig glazen en geen snijplanken en geen broodmes. Goed terras met een fijne tafeltennis, maar in juli veel last van veel muggen Fijn zwembad, mooie ligging maar helaas kleurt kleding en haren groen. Ligging is mooi op eigen terrein maar gemis van uitkijk op vrije Toscaanse heuvels. Wel centraal om naar Lucca, Pisa en Florence te gaan.
