This is the 8th villa we have rented on the Costa Blanca so we can comment with experience. In fact this is the most we have ever said about a villa.Do not expect Villa to be as photographs show.PosititivesIncredible view.Nice pool.Fully air conditionedVery quiet.3 x Fridges and Two Freezers*Good laundry facilities.Secure.Plenty of towels (though only one tea towel, we purchased our own and brought them back).Negatives.Severe lack of maintenance.*With three days to go the main fridge/freezer could not be used as it had not been defrosted and we had a build up of ice to the extent we could not close freezer doors. We had to carry food etc up and down outside stairs to and from kitchen.Outside needs a good cleaning, weeding and repainting.No instructions,i.e TV/AV system.It was only after a plumber was called by the agent to fit broken parts (toilet cistern, stop a leaking valve and bath seals) that we discovered that the hot and cold water in lower bathroom sink was plumbed opposite to what the tap said. This caused a lot of undue aggravation with the agent.In the same sink the mirror was not totally fixed to the wall and swung loose.Location details and information would have been nice. I.e nearest medical facility, best restaurants, best supermarket (Pepe La Sal at Moraira-Teulada was excellent).

Vue magnifique ! Espace et tranquillité

Une agence disponible et très sympathique ! Une villa spacieuse avec une vue magnifique, une piscine plus grande que le standard il y a de l’espace et le billard ainsi que la clim sont un plus. Par contre on sent que cette villa n’a ( ou n’est ? ) pas très bien entretenue .. baignoire qui fuie douche également avec Reparation au silicone inefficace et inesthétique …. Et quelques autres petits problèmes …. Peut-être être que cette villa vient d’être rachetée et que les propriétaires ont décidé d’une rénovation progressive… c’est sûrement le cas et tant mieux car cette maison le mérite !! Et nous y reviendrons

Ein Urlaub mit gemischten Gefühlen

gerade ebenNEU Da unsere Villa in Calpe verkauft wurde mieteten wir das erste mal ein Haus (Villa Vanilla) bei Villa Holidays vom 21.12.2021-05.01.2022. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation mit dem Büro war sehr gut. Bei Problemen hatte man sofort ein offenes Ohr und half sofort. Allerdings war unsere Villa nicht so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir kamen dort an es roch sehr muffig und ein Zimmer roch sehr extrem. Nach ein paar Tagen hatten wir das einigermaßen im Griff. Die Nachbarn nebenan Terrorisieren die Gäste auch ein sehr unangenehmer punkt den wir im Urlaub nicht wollten. Wir lagen am Pool und redeten normal und die Nachbarin schrie über den Zaun wir sollten unseren Mund halten sie fühlt sich gestört dann hörten die Kinder Musik (leise !!) Und die Nachbarin klingelte Sturm und beschimpfte uns... und darauf folgten noch einige vorfälle mit der Nachbarin. Wir haben uns stets Rücksichtsvoll verhalten und wurden terroressiert. Viele Reparaturen sind notwendig lockere Toilettendeckel, Lose Handtuchstangen usw. Wir haben bei Ankunft ersteinmal die kompletten Küchensachen gespühlt da vieles aussah wie benutz und es auch schmutzig war. Wir haben uns allerdings gespart nochmal jemanden zu rufen und haben es lieber selber gemacht. Das einzige was so wahnsinnig perfekt war war die Terasse und die wunderschöne Aussicht !

Top of the range villa

This is a lovely property with breathtaking panoramic sea views. Various areas are available to relax in including a dining terrace with outdoor cooking facilities. The swimming pool is amazing facing out to the beautiful view. The only drawback for some people might be the number of steps from ground floor to the pool level. We also found a lack of information about practicalities around the house itself. There was no info about what to do about rubbish and re cycling for example. I also ordered the welcome pack of food stuff and it was disappointing and not as displayed on website ( e.g not fresh bresd) I also had to chase it up with the office as it was not awaiting us in the house on arrival .On the whole we had an amazing stay here and the house is something special and a great base for exploring the area.
