Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
- No RV or motor home parking allowed at this resort.

When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for security deposit and a nightly fee plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $25 per day resort fee is due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, pools, DVD rentals, seasonal activities, garden gas grills, 24 hour lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we'll send the confirmation letter right away.

PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a great time here. It was a last minute trip and we were contacted immediately for reservations. Room was clean and stocked with everything you need if you want to make a home meal. Staff was friendly and we would definitely recommend this resort. Hiking was beautiful and nearby.

Disappointed

I wasn’t happy when we checked in as they pushed for us to sit through a timeshare, even after stating we already owned one they still tried. As I walked in our 1bedroom (1308)first thing I noticed was the oak cupboards are really worn looking . Then as I walked into the bathroom I seen the huge tub which states on the listing that it is jetted, well it is NOT and this was the reason we chose this resort over another we had looked at. We thought they put us in wrong room so we called front desk they stated that non of their rooms have jetted tubs and this was false advertising from the timeshare holder. The bed was so hard that my husband and I both woke with sore shoulders and hips(we are under 50) the toilet kept running which made it hard to sleep cuz it’s right by the bedroom. We turned on the AC and the rattle was so noisy that we ended up shutting it off. Then I went to go use the pool that was right outside our building and it was dirty, no actually it was filthy! I called and complained not sure if they ever did clean it but hopefully they did so at least someone could use it cuz it was to late for me to get to use it. They could not pay me enough to own one of their timeshare let alone buy one from them! Only positive thing I can say about this place was the view from our room was pretty. Kelly

Snow kept us indoors

Because of weather we were stuck indoors much of the time. We realized quickly this property did not have much for indoor activities in the home or the resort. Wev were looking forward to golfing and were invited to get our reservations with the "concierge", and he turned out to be the first step in attending a Diamond Resort timeshare sales presentation offering cheaper golf. With the inclimate weather, and having some the indoor activities around Sedona, we had little else to do and still hoped to golf, so we decided to invest our promised 2 hours for less expensive golf passes at the sales pitch. Long story short... don't fall for it. 5 sales people offering different hard sell approaches, we left with our golf passes that we paid 70%, but to avoid the sales pitch we would have paid more. Just to see if this time share program was what they claimed, we read the reviews from several different review sites. The timeshare program reviews were consistently 1 out of 5. So glad we did not step in that quagmire further than we did. In fairness, the Resort staff was great. The home had very little supplies for an extended stay, no spices ...including salt and pepper, no games, no movie channels. We have been at a couple other vrbos that are fully stocked for the little comforts of home, this was basic kitchen supplies. That's it. Probably wouldn't return.

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed the location of this condo and the spacious accommodations. Although we did not utilize any of the resorts features (golf course, pools, etc.) it fit our needs perfectly. We wanted a cozy place to relax after enjoying local hikes. It was a beautiful quiet location with a golf course view. Easy drive into town and several restaurants close by. The kitchen was nice to have groceries for breakfast and snacks and to reheat leftovers. It was well equipped to do meal cooking but we preferred to eat out. The bed is comfortable and living area with fireplace was roomy. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. I would definitely return.

Needs better kitchen supplies

Overall everything was great. Needs more kitchen accessories. We had to ask for a cutting board. The knives were not sharp, and when this was reported to the front desk, they brought up 2 knives in about 5 minutes. But they were still dull. The service was great, we got what we asked for when asked. The kitchen also does not have a sponge for the sink to wash dishes, the dishwasher did not have any cleaning agent. Parking is very tight, if we come back any time after 5 there is no parking in the back. You can park in the lot in front of the lobby and walk back. Other than needing better kitchen accessories and parking spaces, everything else is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. They called the room after we ask for the knives and cutting board to make sure that we got it.

Village of Oak Creek condo

Great location, the condo was clean and comfortable. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time the patio looked directly into a rock wall, which made the space very dark.

Very clean and nice 1 Bedroom Condo

The 2 bedroom condo was sold out for the time we were there, so we ended up with a 1 bedroom condo instead even though there was 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). This condo had plenty of room for everyone even with only 1 bedroom. The condo is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes, however, the only thing missing that we normally have in a VRBO is basic seasoning (salt and pepper - only reason I didn't give this a 5 star because that is what we are accustomed to with VRBO rentals). We had to call for more towels on the last night and we wondered where we should drop off our overflowing garbage when we learned that we had guest services for fresh towels and trash pick up, which was a nice surprise and treat. The main bedroom had a great king size bed with super comfy pillows. The bathroom is very nice with a walk in shower and soaking tub (which we didn't use). We were in close proximity to the pool and two hot tubs (just up a flight of stairs). Our balcony had views of rocks and trees which we found private and relaxing. We liked the location away from the hustle, bustle and the traffic of Sedona, but close enough to all of the restaurants, shops and hiking within a few minutes drive. The kids loved the daily activity options (candle making, shirt tie-dye, etc). We were offered to attend a 90 minute session on the resort and ownership, but since our time was limited we graciously declined. We would stay here again and enjoyed our 3 nights and 4 days.
