This magnificent villa with private pool is waiting for 8 guests in the charming village of Mancor de la Vall, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.
You will find this beautiful accommodation in a typical and authentic Mallorcan village where all neighbours are close and known between them, and keep walking the streets up and down during the day. You can start the morning with a short but nice walk before a delicious and energising breakfast at the terrace and enjoy a cool dip in the salt-water pool. It sizes 6.5 x 3 metres and it has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.8 metres. It is surrounded by a wonderful lawn corner where you can place 4 sun loungers and sunbathe, or play with the family little ones. The pool features a fence for children's security. Then, you may feel like a delicious barbecue at noon!

The two storey house has been designed and renewed with a great style and a modern touch. The living room, open to the dining area, is the perfect place to rest while watching satellite TV or a DVD film. This space is air-conditioned. You will find the kitchen next, and it is equipped with an induction top, lots of room to work, all the needed kitchenware and a high chair for your baby, if needed. It is open to a second dining area in order to enjoy your dishes right there. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Regarding the bedrooms, all of them come with a closet. You find the first bedroom on this floor featuring a double bed, space for a cot, en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct exit to the garden. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with an hydro-massage tub; the other has a bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and direct exit to the terrace; and the last one has two twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The house features ducted air-conditioned and you will find two additional radiators if you need them.

You will be in the heart of the village in a few steps, so you can acquire your basics in the supermarket and try a delicious cake at the bakery, or maybe you want to try any restaurant for dinner. However, the best of it all, is its location at the foot of the mountain, so you can enjoy nice walks and excursions around. You will reach the beautiful town of Inca in about 5 minutes drive, where you will find major services for shopping, tasting the traditional Mallorcan cuisine or visiting the traditional street market on a Thursday morning. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 31.4 km away, characterised by the extensive white sand and its crystalline waters.
