The property was beautiful! Our just and on property manager were both very easy to communicate with. The grandkids loved the pools and proximity to the lagoon and beach. Highly recommend this property for a large family as it was perfect!Mahalo!

Absolutely beautiful property. Worked wonderfully for our family. Plenty of things for our 8 year old to do. Cherie and Tiffany were so easy to work with. Quick walks to beach/pool. Owners had everything we could need from pool chairs to beach toys and towels. Cannot wait to come back!!!!

Property was fantastic. This was the first stay where the room matched the picture and size. Room had everything you can think of. Great communication and a guide to take you to the room and show you around. Loved it would definitely stay again.

Let's start with or host, Cherie. She met us on check-in, to bring us up and teach us the details. Later, she was always ready to help us with anything, anytime. The place is magnificent. Better views then the listing shows. Perfect accessibility to the pools, and the best lagoon. More accessories than one could imagine: microwave, oven, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, salt, pepper, etc., games, tv in every room, A/C, -- everything! Great layout for kids A bit of a walk ( for the little kids) to the little market, which now charges exorbitant parking fees.

Excellent property! Hosts thought of everything. Only thing that could have been improved is the ability to adjust the air. It was a little hot in the condo. Other than that, everything was outstanding!

One subtlety of the A/C in all condos at our property is that if the lanai doors are open, the A/C compressor shuts off until the doors are closed, and then it takes time for the condo to cool down again. Our stay in Ko Olina was absolutely incredible! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The lagoon was amazing — calm, crystal clear, and far less crowded than the other lagoons, which made it feel so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was renting the brand new golf cart from the property owner, which made cruising around Ko Olina so much fun and incredibly convenient. Cherie was wonderful to work with — communication was excellent from start to finish and everything was seamless. Do not hesitate to book this incredible property… truly a 10/10 experience!

This was a great property. I took my kids for a 2 week vacation and it was great. Cherie (owner's rep) was very responsive to all questions we had and we enjoyed our stay. We would do it again!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was a perfect fit for us and the beach was fantastic! Easy to walk or take the golf cart to other resorts and restaurants.

Location, location, and lanai

We especially enjoyed the location, the large lanai, and all the amenities of home. The grounds were lovely and the lagoon was a perfect swimming paradise for the kids. The check-in was the best we’ve experienced, timely and welcoming and informative.

Wonderful Family Stay

Our family had a fabulous stay in the condo. The check-in was easy but did take more time than expected. The hosts were very helpful with amazing response times. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. All of the amenities were enjoyable. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect!

This villa was ideal for our first trip to Oahu. The location and view was beautiful. The pools were loved by all of our kids and the beach lagoon location so close was great. Top notch communication! We will definitely be back!!

Great condo

Great unit, enough space for 6 people. Well stocked with kitchen items. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sherry for all your help! Beach is great, not over run with people. You can easily set up "camp" at any time of day and find a place to sit. Highly recommend.

Breathe taking

Overall impression of property is breath taking. MUST stay. Super convenient walking distance to Aulani and marketplace, beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Close range to golfing area which was taken advantage of :) When we arrived, Neal met us in the lobby and was just so kind hearted and charismatic. Made us all feel at home. Showed us every aspect of the grounds. We had a great time and were appreciative that we were able to get together in a beautiful area and villa.

Amazing Vacation

Our family (dad, mom, & four early 20’s “kids”) loved staying here. The villa is beautiful! From the views to the living space to the amenities - we could not have been happier! The entire place was well stocked with those things you wish you had room to bring along, like beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag, and even a wagon for transporting it all! The kitchen was super clean and well stocked with all those items you are used to having on hand. The property is well maintained, generally quiet, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cherie was wonderful! She communicated with us from the time we booked until after we left. She answered questions before our trip, met us upon arrival, and was available to answer questions during our stay. The location is a little bit of a drive for the tourist attractions, but it is a perfect place to enjoy the pool, the lagoon, or the balcony. We had an amazing vacation staying here!

Beautiful home and Amazing Property Manager!

We were so impressed with the home and the property manager, Cherie. She met us at the front entrance to welcome us. She is so sweet and took our luggage to our room for us. We had arrived early, so the room wasn't quite ready for us, so we just went to see our family members that were also staying there while we waited. You could tell Cherie took great pride in making sure the home was in perfect condition and she texted me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was great. I would definitely hire her if I needed a property manager. It was so nice to know that if we needed something, that she was so responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and they even had little treats as a welcome gift for us, which was a nice touch. The rooms were really comfortable. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo & location!

First of all, staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina was definitely the right move!! The resort itself is beautiful, and being steps from the lagoon is invaluable!! The entire Ko Olina area is very resort focused, so everything is meticulously cared for, and everything is beautiful. As for this specific condo, it was wonderful! The unit was very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. I did a lot of research before booking this unit, and it's one of the few that had a big sectional in the living room, a sectional on the lanai, and multiple single beds. We're a family of 5, with 3 teen boys, so this was a great fit! Cherie was so wonderful to deal with, and was always reachable and happy to help. While we didn't meet the hosts in person, they were also very helpful by message, and even let us check out late since we had a late flight! We had such a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this unit!
