I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and had all the necessities. We were close to a large grocery store and about 4 miles from the slopes. We had a minor problem and contacted the management and they were right on it. They immediately arranged for someone to come check and appreciated our communication. It's nice to know that management will take care of you!!

Really like the property

The cabin had one of the best layouts I've stayed in. Really comfortable for 9 guests. Location is very close to Vons, and a few food/coffee shops as well as multiple bus stops

Perfect Condo

We all loved this VRBO that we went to book it again for a trip next year. The location is amazing, 2 min walk to shuttles for the mountain. It was very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. The property manager(s) were super attentive and gave great instructions.

Stunning rental central location

We loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, jacuzzi and sauna, boot dryer! What more can I say, the location was prime very close to the shuttle, can’t recommend this place enough, thank you!

Great Location, Cute Place!

Overall, we had such a great time! This place is ideally located, walking distance from coffee, dining, groceries. It is a spacious place, with four bathrooms (three privately attached to bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the "main" floor, which is actually one level up from ground), and room enough for nine to sleep, if you count the loft, with three single beds. Most of the year, the temperature would probably not be a problem (assuming the heat works); however, without air conditioning, we really noticed the heat in early/mid-July. Upon arrival, the temperature was over 90 degrees on the "main" floor and uninhabitable (nearing 100) in the loft. We opened windows and the sliding door that leads to the balcony and were able to cool it down to "bearable" (barely). Unfortunately, there was no screen on the balcony sliding door, so once the sun set, we had to close that or deal with flying insects invading. (Note: we contacted management the next day about the missing screen door, and they came within hours to install a "magic screen" that did the trick for the remainder of our visit.) The place checked all the boxes and met all our needs: it was well stocked with dishes and appliances; everything worked; the bedding was clean; floors "looked" super-clean (although they were a tad dirty for bare feet and a baby who wanted to scoot - obviously, that's asking a lot). Very cute! We really had a great time and would consider staying here again! Recommend!

Great location!

We've stayed at many places in Mammoth during the 4th of July weekend, and this was one of the best. It's not the newest, most modern of condos, but it had everything we needed. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen we've ever stayed at. The location was great - within easy walking distance of the 4th of July parade and Vons/restaurants. The only caveat we have is that there is no AC (like a lot of Mammoth condos). It was warm on the second (main) floor, and very warm in the loft (even with fans going all day). However the bedrooms downstairs were comfortable. If you are visiting in the heat of the summer (we had 90+ heat!) you may want to consider a place with AC. Fans were provided, but it never really got cool like it would with AC. Overall we would stay here again (after checking the weather report!)

Super spacious and centrally located home in Mammoth Lakes! 8 of us stayed here over the holiday weekend and had a great time, no complaints, had everything we needed and they were super responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Time

We had a great time hiking, fishing and spending time out in nature. Then coming back to the condo everyone had their own space to regroup. Having bathrooms in each room was amazing. Family time in the evening was great. Much needed vacation.

Great location!

This condo is a great size for our party of eight. The beds are really comfortable and the loft was great for the kids! The kitchen was very well equipped with a nice selection of pots and pans. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Vons and restaurants, etc. The bus shuttle is right across the street. There was a lot of snow so the parking was a challenge which is of course nobody’s fault. Many places that we tried to park-People would come out and tell us to move. The only negative thing I have to say is that the condo advertises the hot tub is available from 10 AM to 10 PM and it was only available after 4 PM. When I contacted the management company, they said they are not in control of the hours, but the hours 10-10 are listed on the refrigerator and also 10-10 at the hot tub location.

Good accommodation in central location

The townhouse was a perfect accommodation for our family with small children. En-suite bedrooms are conveniently located on the bottom floor for easy loading and unloading of personal belongings from our cars. The open floor plan living room has high mountain cabin style ceilings extending to the loft area. Modern kitchen space comes with easy to operate appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No wi-fi or working TV

The space and accommodations were as described and in close proximity to skiing. However upon arrival we immediately notified Nomadness rentals that the modem was broken - it was unplugged when we arrived and once plugged in, would not turn on. We placed 3-4 calls to customer service that night but there was zero follow through. They claimed it was due to the snow storm but the modem was broken before we arrived. Without wi-fi, none of the TVs worked either. We would not be as peeved had we been offered more reasonable compensation. Frustrating!

Great for large groups

Very nice condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the amount of snow there. Overall we were pleased with our unit.

Wifi was not available for whole stay which was very inconvenient especially having snow storm to stuck in cabin for 2 days. Place is clean on surface but generally very dusty for fixtures which cause one person to trigger severe allergy reaction. There was no shovel in the unit so we needed to go purchase in order for is to drive out.

Beautiful condo, great location, pet friendly!

This was the perfect condo for our two families to enjoy our time in Mammoth. They provided everything we needed (linens, kitchen supplies, etc.). The loft was the perfect bedroom for the kids to share, and the adults had our own rooms. We could walk to Vons for groceries, take the shuttle to Eagle or the Village just steps from the condo, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time!
