L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

DISTRIBUTION: on 3 levels. 1. level: living room with 2 sofa beds (1 doble + 1 single), a large cooking island and a small balcony. 2. level: bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. 3. level: high terrace solarium (highest point of the complex).
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: spectacular terrace / solarium on top of the apartment with stunning views. Balcony from the living room.
VIEW: stunning sea view: From the living room and its balcony, from the upper bedroom and from the upper terrace you can enjoy the magnificent spectacle of the island of Tavolara that stands out in the middle of the Gulf of Porto San Paolo. Garden view: from the bedroom, from the living room and from the upper terrace.

5 Star Resort in Sardinia: L'Ea di Lavru

Flavio ensured our stay was outstanding from his first detailed email until our checkout! His communication was excellent and his guide book should be published (it's that good)! L'Ea di Lavru could easily be considered a luxury resort with all of the upscale furnishings in the apartments and lovely gardens and flowers along all pathways. Its location is excellent. A very short walk into Porto San Paolo and a no more than a 15-18 min. drive from his recommended beaches (which were GORGEOUS)! This was a 5+ stay and we HIGHLY recommend it to anyone lucky enough to visit Sardinia! Grazie Mille Flavio!

Séjour très agréable dans un environnment soigné

L'Ea di Lavru est un lieu que nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances réussies en famille ! La situation est idéale avec une très belle vue sur la mer (isola tavalora), de magnifiques plages à proximité et des sites à ne pas manquer assez proches (comme les iles de La Maddalena et le golfe d'Orosei et la sublime cala Luna !). Les maisons de l'Ea di Lavru sont aménagées avec goût ainsi qu'avec des matériaux et des équipements de très grande qualité. En outre, Flavio le propriétaire est très attentionné pour ses hôtes. A la fois à l'écoute et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils (que vous ne trouverez pas dans les guides touristiques), avec sa finesse il sait aussi se faire discret. Et cerise sur le gâteau (il connaît cette expression), il parle extrêmement bien le français. Bref une adresse que nous allons partager avec nos amis.

Sardische Archidektur vom feinsten, tolle Anlage

Wieder einmal haben wir eine wundervolle Woche im L'Ea di Lavru verbracht. Flavio ist die Seele von dieser superschönen, gepflegten Anlage. Er ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber und versendet schon vorher ausführliche und hilfreiche Informationen über Essen gehen, Einkaufen Strände usw. Die Wohnungen sind mit künstlerischem und innenarchidektonischen Flair ausgestattet und sehr individuell. Auch wenn die Anlage voll besetzt ist hat jede Wohnung ihre Privatspäre. Der Blick von der Dachterasse aufs Meer und Tavolara ist umwerfend (Whg. Nr. 5). Danke Flavio

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienanlage

Sehr schön gelegene, sehr gepflegte und mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer Top-Ferienanlage. Ferienanlage in 15 Minuten von Flughafen Olbia erreichbar (trotzdem kein Fluglärm). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, top organisiert und vermittelte uns sehr viele nützliche Informationen (mit diversen Insider-Tips) für unsere Tage in Sardinien. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Domizil jedem weiter, der eine ruhige gepflegte Unterkunft im Norden von Sardinien sucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge, Strandbesuche usw.. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Herzlichen Dank an unseren Gastgeber.

individueller Service vom Gastgeber mit vielen tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Stränden, Restaurants etc.; Appartment Nummer 5 hatte eine einzigartige Dachterrasse mit Panoramablick über die Bucht; Appartment über 3 Etagen; kleine und toll angelegte Anlage aus Natursteinen - man hat seine Ruhe; in ca. 5 Minuten ist man im Städtchen und bei den ersten Restaurants und am Supermarkt; Ausstattung des Appartments sehr gut und gehoben für italienische Verhältnisse - und ausgesprochen sauber; Flavio ist ein sehr bemühter Gastgeber, der sich sehr persönlich kümmert - ist ein "stolzer" Italiener, der sich freut, wenn man seine Ratschläge annimmt;-)

L ' appartement loué n° 5 a répondu à toutes nos attentes : beau design, vue magnifique sur la mer, très propre. De plus notre hôte Flavio était toujours disponible pour nous conseiller sur les sites à visiter ou les restaurants à ne pas manquer ( en plus de sa brochure très détaillée ). La localisation de cet appartement est idéale pour parcourir le nord et l ' est de la Sardaigne. Nous avons apprécié son accueil. C ' est pourquoi nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Traumhaftes und außergewöhnliches Feriendomizil

Ich war mit meiner Mama dort und wir waren beide begeistert. L'Ea di Lavru ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Man hat nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick auf die Insel Tavolara sondern auch die Ferienwohnungen selbst sind außergewöhnlich,. Die Ferienhäuser sind im sardischen Stil gebaut mit sehr schöner Raumaufteilung und hochwertiger Design-Innenausstattung. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit auch einige andere Apartments zu sehen und ich muss sagen jedes ist einzigartig und man spürt überall die Leidenschaft der Eigentümer für Schönheit, Ästhetik und Design, Die ganze Anlage ist darauf ausgelegt ein perfektes Ambiente für einen schönen Urlaub zu bieten. Der schöne und gepflegte Garten, der die Ferienhäuser umgibt, ist wie eine Oase. Die gesamte Anlage beinhaltet so viel Liebe zum Detail, die einem immer wieder überrascht und erfreut. Der Eigentümer versorgt einen schon bereits vor dem Urlaub mit Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, schönen Stränden und ist auch vor Ort jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil absolut empfehlen. Es erfüllt hohe Ansprüche und es ist ein idealer Ort Sardinien in ganzer Schönheit zu erleben. Das war mein erster Urlaub in L'Ea di Lavru aber definitiv nicht mein letzter.

Toller Blick, sehr gute Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Liebvolle Betreuung durch den Eigentümer Flavio. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Nähe zahlreiche schöne Strände und gute Restaurants. Würde ich jedem empfehlen. Auch für Familien gut geeignet.

Wonderful views, apartment and great host

We had a brilliant stay and were mesmerised by the stunning sea views and surroundings. The apartment had wonderful touches such as modern and aesthetic lighting, gorgeous floor tiles and interesting artistic chairs. We loved the Moorish blue of the bathroom. Everything in the apartment- the wifi, the air-conditioning, hot water all worked perfectly. Monica cleans to a very high level and the apartment was spotless. Marco who is the manager is friendly and always on hand to help. The owner and host Flavio is warm and professional and has amazing insider secrets which extends even beyond the great guide that he provides guests with. We were very pleased that we asked Flavio for advice because we got to experience things we would not have experienced as tourists. He also booked us a fun and nice dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were treated in a special way at café della Nonna . We enjoyed the local fish shop for its wide variety of fresh fish and the great advice from the owner. We enjoyed the relaxed restaurant Il Tocano for the setting, delicious smoked swordfish and thin crispy pizza. We hope to go back to Commandant Flavio's village next year !

Wir waren Anfang April zwei Wochen in L'Ea di Lavru und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohningen sind mit Sorg eingerichtet, haben eine wunderbare Sicht auf das Meer, die Insel Tavolara und die Umgebung und befinden sich in Laufdistanz von verschiedenen Restaurants, Eiscafés und Supermarkten. Es gibt traumhafte Strände und Buchten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Flavio, der Besitzer, hat viele sehr brauchbare Tipps, zu Restaurants, Stränden und Ausflugzielen, die man ohne seine Hilfe nie gefunden hätte. Wir können die Residenz dann auch nur weiterempfehlen! Splendid!

Medieval on the outside but definitely had a modern interior. You can see the flat was designed thoughtfully up to the minute details. The place gives a perfect view of the Tavolara island standing in one of the most pristine and gorgeous beaches in the world. The ground level terrace was lavished with different bushes and trees which is a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. A truly memorable summer!

Piacevole sorpresa

Siamo partiti un po' scettici...prima volta in vacanza in appartamento per il piacere di avere con noi il nostro cane! Il fatto che Ea di Lavru accettasse ospiti a 4 zampe in appartamenti così belli e curati ci ha piacevolmente colpito e la decisione è stata presa sull'onda della "riconoscenza" (vista l'ignoranza e l'intolleranza che regna sull'argomento). Arriviamo dunque in Sardegna dopo un anno molto impegnativo sotto tanti punti di vista ed essendo un tantino riservati, non apprezziamo immediatamente la disponibilità del comandante Flavio ad indicarci spiagge, ristoranti, luoghi da visitare e tanto altro, ma nel corso del soggiorno i suoi suggerimenti sono stati preziosi. Se ci fosse stata la possibilità avremmo addirittura allungato di qualche giorno la nostra permanenza. L'esperienza, potendo, si ripeterà senza perplessità alcuna!

Un lieu de séjour à recommander chaleureusement

L'emplacement est idéal, la vue est à couper le souffle, les locations sont agencées avec gout et on s'y sent bien. C'est très propre et l'accueil est souriant. séjour trés satisfaisant

petite villa enfouie dans unjardin magnifique Les pièces de plain pied donnent pour la plupart sur une terrase qui offre des points de vue sur la mer et les iles.L'aménagement trés soigne et le décor trés finement pensé...LE propriétaire toujours disponible donne des conseils pour les excursions les restaurants qu'il faut suivre sans risque d'etre deçu Bref ce fut un séjour de reve

idealer Stützpunkt für Erkundung Nordsardiniens

dieses Appartement (Nr.5) war genau das richtige für uns zwei (beide 55): in dieser wunderschön gestalteten und stets gepflegten Bungalowanlage fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgenommen und hatten gleichzeitig ein gutes Stück Privatsphäre. Es fehlte an nichts, denn alles wurde höchst professionell und detailliert von Flavio vorbereitet, der auch vor Ort aus seinem Riesenrepertoire an Tipps noch weitere Schmankerl hervorholte. Die Umsetzung der Tipps aus seiner kleinen Broschüre ist unbedingt empfehlenswert! Nach unglaublich schönen Entdeckungstouren kehrten wir immer gerne in unser liebevoll und fantasiereich eingerichtetes Appartement zurück und genossen die grandiose Aussicht aus der Wohnküche und von der Dachterrasse. L'ea Di Lavru hat es geschafft, von unserer bisherigen Urlaubsmaxime "Jedes Jahr woanders!" nicht mehr ganz so überzeugt zu sein. Allerdings waren die Endkosten (insbes. die Abrechnung für Wasser- und Stromverbrauch und W-LAN) doch recht hoch - unterm Strich haben wir inklusive aller gewählter Extraposten doch erheblich mehr bezahlt, als der unter FeWo-direkt angegebene Grundpreis suggerierte.

Très bon séjour

Pour contextualiser : nous sommes un jeune couple sans enfant Lillois (59 Nord). Période de vacances : vendredi 25 avril au 2 mai 2014 La destination : La Sardaigne Nous avons choisi de prendre un appartement au Nord de la Sardaigne, à Porto San Paolo : l’EA DI LAVRU. Le propriétaire est Mr Segatori Flavio. Nos échanges écris étaient en anglais (attention, comme tout bon Français, notre niveau d’anglais n’est pas terrible, mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous comprendre). Mr Flavio parle le français. Nous avons donné une avance par virement. Nous avons payé le reste en liquide directement sur place. Flavio nous a envoyé notre contrat de location accompagné par de nombreux documents, notamment un guide qu’il a réalisé lui-même reprenant ce qu’il y a dans la région (plages, restaurants, excursions…). Ce fut très utile !! Nous avons choisi l’appartement 5 (le plus beau ! ;) ). Il y a une très belle vue sur la mer et un solarium (terrasse sur le toit). A notre départ, Mr Flavio nous a proposé de nous faire visiter les autres logements inoccupés. Tous les appartements sont décorés avec goût. Le « village » et les appartements ont été entièrement dessinés par le propriétaire. La résidence (« Le village ») est très bien située (prés des commerces et des plages). De plus, Mr Flavio a différents partenaires notamment des restaurants. Nous avons eu des réductions. Mr Flavio reste disponible tout le long du séjour. Nous avons eu un réel coup de cœur pour ce pays. Les environs de Porto San Paolo sont vraiment très beaux. Le guide de Flavio (le propriétaire de notre appartement) indique les belles plages (souvent inconnues des touristes) : mer turquoise et sable fin. Les excursions possibles : Cheval dans la mer, bateau… (il faut en parler à Flavio) La météo : en partant fin avril, nous savions que nous n’aurions pas de grande chaleur. Il a fait beau, mais avec du vent. Je pense que la meilleure saison pour y aller est mi-mai / mi-juin. Par contre l’avantage : il n’y avait pas grand monde !! Nous comptons retourner en Sardaigne et dans les logements de Mr Flavio.

Sardinien fantastiskt boende på L'Ea di Lavru

Vill med det varmaste rekommendera boende hos Flavio med fru på deras L'Ea di Lavru. De har ca 10 st lgh som finns i olika storlekar. Alla har en fantastisk utsikt mot ön Tavolara. Vi bodde en vecka i lgh nr 5. Där hade vi en balkong där vi åt frukost, på taket fanns en terass för sol och middag. Allt med en outröttbar utsikt. Rent fräscht, omtänksamt och trevligt bemötande. Mr Marco som arbetade där frågade oss varje dag om allt var ok och om det var ngt vi behövde. Vi hyrde cyklar genom Flavos hjälp och cyklade runt till olika badvikar varje dag. Vi var där i början på maj då allt började att blomma helt underbart vackert. Ca 20 grader i vattnet och 22-25 i luften perfekt.

Traumhaftes Appartement in Top-Lage

Unser Appartement Nr. 5 der wunderschönen Anlage L'Ea di Lavru, in Porto San Paolo, war traumhaft und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, und Dachterrasse waren blitzeblank sauber und super gut gepflegt. Atemberaubender Blick auf die "Isola Tavolara" aus allen Fenstern, vom Balkon und von der Dachterrasse (mit 360° Blick). Flavio ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, mit vielen guten, hilfreichen und Insider-Tipps! In dem kleinen Ort Porto San Paolo gibt es alles was man braucht. Des Weiteren ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr empfehlenswert!
