You will enjoy the extraordinary clear view all the way up to downtown Miami . Glass walls from floor to ceiling to enjoy the front ocean view from everywhere and corner in the condo. Marble floor all through! Enjoy the Sun all day from sunrise to Sunset. Unit is just freshly painted, renovated and upgraded kitchen, motorized blinds, newly installed tranquil ac, etc and much more! Luxury furniture including 3 HD smart TV, free high speed WIFI, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Building rules requires background check with $100 per adult guests and $100 for married couple via tenant evaluation webpage. This is billed via the webpage during the application process post VRBO approval and owner has no control on it. Preferably, 5 days minimum window to approve rental application via the building. Hi Speed internet with 250MB and free WiFi. Note that starting April 2025, there will be construction in some areas of the building with potential of some high noise levels between9-5.The gym and beach will always remain open. There maybe intermittent closure of the pool but will have access to the beautiful pool at Newport Beach hotel Nextdoor. There will be opportunity for discount while this work is being completed.

Please note: This is a privately owned property, not a hotel. Daily cleaning is not provided, and the host does not supply cleaning products. Any cleaning supplies available in the unit are leftover items from previous guests.

All guests and renters must be registered with the office and issued a building picture ID. ID’s cost $25 pp & $10 for the car barcode sticker.
Do not throw boxes or construction material down the trash chute. Carton Boxes should be brought down to receiving area not in the trash chute.

Delightful and beautiful

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at this very lovely and well equipped condo unit. The views are beautiful from each bedroom. The facility is full of amenities and you can easily walk to many wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this unit and we are looking forward to an extended stay later this year.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view and excellent location. Building with excellent amenities including pool, hot tub and beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided by building. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Owner very responsive and nice to work with.

Very good building and location

The condo is located din Sunny Isles, it has one of the best beaches in the world and is very family oriented with many parks and some of the best schools. We especially enjoyed the swimming lessons by highly professional private teachers for our son right in the swimming pool of the building. The condo is spacious and offers good views at the ocean. The windows are facing away from the nearby hotel, and most people prefer that. Thank you and we will definitely return in the future!

Pool, beach and gym were closed down. Owner processed a refund for unused days, but VRBO is holding up my money.

Great 2BR beach-front property. The picture says it all.

My wife and I are retired, and we try to get out of the cold of Washington DC every year after the holidays. Having done South Beach before, we wanted to see what the neighborhood was like further up the beach. Sherif’s place seemed to provide the perfect match of space, beachfront, and nearby amenities at a very reasonable price. The pictures accurately describe this spacious 19th floor unit. Although we only used the master bedroom, both bedrooms are comfortably sized, each with its full-sized bathroom. The master bedroom has an ocean-view balcony with furniture. The second bedroom has no balcony, but it has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you have the good ocean view no matter which room you’re in. Each bedroom has its own cable TV, as does the living room. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. We only stayed a week, but you could be comfortable here for a month just by stocking groceries. (A Winn-Dixie supermarket is about a mile away, and stores with basic essentials are within easy walking distance.) And because of the full-size washer/dryer, we left without the usual 10 lbs of dirty laundry. All guests must register and obtain picture identification to access facilities. Even though we arrived after office hours Sherif ensured that we were expected and that unit was open for us. The standard valet parking was easy to use. It was easy to contact Sherif when we had questions, and he was always quick to respond. This unit was superior to other Miami-area properties we’ve used, and we’d highly recommend it to others.

Very good building and location

We usually travel to Miami area 2-3 times a year and use Trump or Turnberry Isle hotel for our stay. This time we decided to give HomeAway a try and we didn't get disappointed. Nice clean condo, beautiful views, great location. Owner is very responsive. If you read other reviews for this property you will see the same statements - and it is an absolute true. What I want to point out is the saving compare to the hotels in this area. If you stay in Trump you pay $27 parking fee and $30 resort fee per day. If you stay for couple weeks like we did it adds up. What we pay for the same amenities was $50 ($10 for parking and $40 for 2 building access cards) for the entire stay which is a bargain. Having full kitchen is a great feature compare to the hotel also. We are planning to stay at this property in the future

Beautiful place to stay!

This condo is great. Loved the security, we felt very safe. All staff was very friendly. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. It was great not to have to pay extra for chairs and umbrellas. The unit was very clean. Beds were really comfortable with TVs in every room. Had a small issue with one of the blinds, but the owner was on it in minutes and it was repaired in hours. He was very easy to work with.

We have rented a number of VRBO properties and this one ranks as one of the best. The owner was great to work with, the unit was very clean, great location on the beach, pool was perfect and we were extremely happy the week we stayed here. We plan to come back next year.

This condo is in a very nice, clean building. The building sits on an extremely nice beach.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was very clean and well appointed with everything that you need in regards to kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, bedding, and towels--everything that we needed to enjoy out stay. There are ocean/beach views looking out both bedrooms and the living area. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. There is a pier adjacent to this property that has a very nice beach bar and restaurant on it with a diverse menu for both lunch and dinner. The food is excellent and they offer the residents of this particular condo a discount on food and drinks. The owner is very accommodating and deeply cares about your stay and experience while at his condo. He was very attentive and easy to communicate with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his condo, and wants you to have a great experience and enjoy your stay. The property is within 10-years old, is very clean and well maintained. It has valet parking, and is provided with this condo. The people that work at this property are very attentive to your needs. From valet-parking attendants to pool attendants to the beach attendants, the employees did a fantastic job. They really went above and beyond expectations. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay, and we'd highly recommend staying here. We stayed at this property from mid January to mid February, 2018, and the weather was perfect!

RENTAL RULES
1.There is no deposit refund if tenants smoke OR allowed any pet in the unit. Landlord is not responsible for reimbursement due to weather conditions including evacuation from the state.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Building's rules are very strict on allowing any extra guest above the listed number.
3.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and tenants/guests accept to return the unit in the same condition as received. Landlord is not responsible for any illness, wrong action, injuries committed by tenant or guest or any visitors. Tenant can not sublease the unit and will insure in legal action. Follow the written instructions sheet in the property. Guest are not allowed to order movies from cable TV.
6.Pets are NOT allowed.
7.Parking is complimentary. There is one time $10 fee from the condo for parking registration that must be paid by tenant. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle
8.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Towel card to get towels from Front desk for the beach. Fee will be applied for lost towel card
9.Keys of the unit has to be returned at check out. $100 Fee will be applied for each lost key. We have smart lock code that we can share with tenant.
10..To receive the id-card for the beach and parking card for your car tenants need to go to the condo management office M-F. Tenants responsible for paying one-time per stay $25 fee per guest for issuing each card.
The building will require a $100 fee per married couple or per adult for background check. Code will be provided to fill the form.

This a very clean renovated and new furniture less than 2 years in a new high rise oceanfront building opened in 2006 , marble floor wall to wall and window wall to wall with ocean front building and the two bedrooms see and face the ocean ,view directly the ocean from the 19th floor with 2 balconies. Free towels and linens, Fully furniture and appliances and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances with washer and dryer. 1250 soft ( 120m2). non smoking , no pets.
Free 4 padded chair Lounges, 2 umbrella, 4 beach towels, beach next to restaurant at the Pier. The Pier restaurant give tenant 25% discount by showing them the ID card.
Pier Restaurant offers 25% discount for La Peral owner and tenant and guest, just show them your ID building card and enjoy the discount!
