LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This spacious (1715 sq ft) two bedroom condo located in Sunny Isles Beach directly on the beach. 3 balconies with ocean and city views. High floor. Valet parking. Two bedroom and den converted into an office with a futon. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry linens and towels included. 5 guests maximum. No pets allowed. No smoking of cigarettes or pot BEACH SERVICE, GYM, 24 HRS SECURITY, PLAYROOM, PARKING SPOT (valet) included.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests are required to fill out Tenant Application (for third party review)- Fee: $100 per family with minor children (under 18) or $100 per each adult guest ID CARDS- $25 per person PARKING STICKER- $10 per stay
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Starting March 2025, LaPerla will begin a construction project lasting approximately 18 months. During this time, balconies in the active work lines will be closed for approximately 4 months and the pool will be closed for approximately 6-8 months starting in May. However, Newport Hotel will provide access to their pool for LaPerla guests. Beach services will funtion without any disruptions.
Place is super clean and well upkeep. Owner communicated with us all the way through to make sure everything is good with our stay.

A true pearl!
Mikhail is a fantastic host! He provided us with a warm welcome and was always very helpful. The apparment is a real pearl! The pictures actually don’t do justice to this fantastic appartment! Very spacious, clean, lots of amenities and with breathtaking views from 3 balconies! Perfect for families with kids!
There are beach chairs and towels provided, valet parking and 25% discount at the pier restaurant.
The registration process with the building management is actually pretty straightforward and doesn’t take long.
We can only highly recommend Mikhail‘s appartment and are looking forward to another future stay!

Breathtaking
Pictures don’t do this condo justice!
The size is much larger than it appears on the photos. Very clean.
Breathtaking views in all 3 rooms (with 3 private balconies). Waking up feeling as though you are on top of the ocean city the gorgeous view and being on the 33rd floor.
Great communication with the owner.
Towel service, beach chairs on demand, valet parking, excellent friendly staff in all areas. All areas of the complex are very clean and have people cleaning constantly in the bathrooms and hallways.
Beautiful Pier and beach bar steps away (if you want to grab a bite or drinks and there is a 25% discount).
Close to literally everything! We rarely took our car, everything is walking distance (groceries, cvs, Starbucks, Marshall’s, Restaurants, etc…).
During our stay it was not too busy or overly crowded on the beach or pool area and we always had access to beach and pool chairs.
Overall an excellent stay and a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation for the whole family :)

Our apartment is perfect for work/ play flexcation. We added strong Wi-Fi bandwidth to allow smooth sailing on the Net while working in a dedicated office (den). Full French doors offer quiet office equipped with a printer and large screen. if you come with children, there is a large playroom on the 11th floor where kids can play without disturbing you while you work. In the condo, there are also large spaces and ways to keep kids busy. Feel hungry but don't want to cook in our fully equipped kitchen? No problem. There is a restaurant right at the pier that will offer major discount if you are a tenant in our building.
