Gite in Saint-Thomas de Conac, near Jonzac, Poitou Charente, Charentes Maritime, close to A10 and fabulous beaches and towns such as Bordeaux, Cognac, and La Rochelle. Le Petit Chez Vieuille is part of our beautiful Maison de Maître which is over 200 years old. It has been beautifully refurbished in the style and feel of French living. Only ten minutes from the A10 Motorway and other major routes but also close to idyllic country roads. Within easy reach of the famous stunning beaches of Royan and St George de Didonne as well as the famous Côte de Sauvage and Côte de Beauté. The wonderful and interesting towns of Cognac, Saintes, La Rochelle and St Emillion are all close-by. You can find excellent restaurants in the region. This is also a major wine region and a 20 minute ferry ride from Royan takes you down the west side of the Gironde through the Medoc, where you will find many world-famous producers of wines. Enjoy the wonderful accommodation or relax by the pool. Walk through the sunflower fields, visit the beaches or wander round the charming and beautiful streets of many historic towns taking in the ambience of long lunches and dinners in many fine restaurants. This is a single Gite, with pool shared with owners. Non-smokers only. The gite should be left in the same clean condition at the end of the stay as found on arrival. If not, a cleaning fee of €75 will be deducted from the security deposit. All linen as well as pool towels are included.
