Chez Nous Zermatt-マッターホルンの景色を望む同じ建物内の4つの高級アパートメント

Thank you Terry and Laura - it was lovely to have you back with us again and to see you and your friends using the apartments as your "Zermatt home". See you next year! Best wishes, Lizzie and Angus

Dear Ann Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and I am delighted that you enjoyed your trip to Zermatt and that the apartment lived up to expectations - we know that we are very lucky to have the view that we do and it is a genuine pleasure to be able to share it with our guests. Hope that we will be able to welcome you back at some stage and very best wishes for the rest of 2022, Lizzie and Lou.

Oh wow - what a nice review to wake up to. Thank you Janine - for taking the time to let others know what you thought and for such nice feedback. You were our first summer guests so that has put a spring in the team's step for the rest of the season. It would be our pleasure to welcome you or any of your friends [back ] to Zermatt. Best wishes, Lizzie

Oh thank you Georgy - how nice! I am so glad you like Le Petit and that it was a comfortable base for your first trip to Zermatt. It was lovely to meet you and I know that Angus was sorry that he missed you all - but hopefully there will be a next time so please let us know if you are ever headed back our way and I will make sure there is a lemon cake waiting for you! Very best wishes for the rest of 2018, Lizzie

Dear Laura Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us and I'm so glad that you liked Le Petit and appreciated the way it is furnished. And Maria, our wonderful cleaner whom a lot of guests have ask whether they can take home with them, will be delighted so thank you for that and I will pass your comments on to her. Hope we may see you here again. Best wishes to you all, Lizzie

Thank you Mark for coming back to us and for such a generous review of your stay. We really appreciate the comments and it is so nice to know that people who also know Zermatt well choose to stay with us and enjoy what Chez Nous has to offer. Do hope that we will be able to welcome you back soon-ish and in the meantime very best wishes to you all, Lizzie and Angus

Dear Jim Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us and I'm so glad that you got to enjoy the Matterhorn in all its glory from the apartment (I'm afraid that say that other guests who came in July have not been so lucky because it has been shrouded in cloud…). Hope that we may be able to welcome you back here but in the meantime best wishes to you all, Lizzie.

Oh thank you Rob - for such a lovely and detailed review. I know what you mean about turning up to a rental that has few melted spatulas as their offering for kitchen implements - it drives me up the wall. So I am particularly pleased that we passed that test! And most of all I am glad that you had a good time in Zermatt. Best wishes to you all for the rest of your summer, Lizzie

Merci Christine. Nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir et je suis heureuse que l'appartement vous ait plu. J'espère que nous pourrons vous accueillir à nouveau à Zermatt et je vous adresse mes meilleurs vœux pour 2023, Lizzie.

Oh thank you Christian - what a lovely review to wake up to! I am so glad that you all enjoyed your time in Zermatt and that Chez Nous Zermatt and our Le Petit apartment lived up to expectations. It has been a long hard road for so many people (including everyone in the hospitality sector) and I cannot tell you how much it has meant to be able to welcome our US guests back to us. A big thank you for choosing us and for making the trip. Very best wishes for 2022, Lizzie

Thank you for leaving a review so quickly Shannon - much appreciated! I am so glad that you enjoyed your time in Zermatt and found Le Petit a cosy base for your stay in the mountains. Sorry that I missed seeing you this time around but will pass on your thanks to Lou and I know that she really enjoyed having you with us. Best wishes for the rest of 2020, Lizzie

Oh thank you Cindy - it was lovely to meet you both and I am so glad that you had the time to relax and unwind in one place at the end of your epic ride in the Alps. Hope we may be able to welcome you back one day and in the meantime very best wishes to you both, Lizzie

Thank you so much for taking the time to do a review Lotta and I am so pleased that you felt properly at home in Le Petit - that is what we were hoping guests would feel so it is nice to know we achieved what we aim for and that you enjoyed the space. Thank you for the feedback about the boot dryers - we don't own the building and unfortunately are not able to put boot dryers in. Most guests find the underfloor heating is enough or those that rent boots and skis and leave them in the rental shops over night - we will continue to lobby the owners! We will look forward to seeing you again next season when you know what your schedule is looking like and very best wishes to you both for summer in the meantime. Lizzie and Angus

Thank you Liz - I am so glad that you all enjoyed your first trip to Zermatt and that you found our information and pre-arrival service helpful. I hope that we are able to welcome you back at some stage and in the meantime very best wishes to you all for the rest of 2019, Lizzie

Thank you James. It is really nice to know that your stay with us enhanced your experience of your first trip to Zermatt and I am so pleased that you are planning to come back next season - and your feedback about the way the village sits "in the middle" with the main lift networks at either end is spot on - because I think that sometimes "on paper" that can seem difficult to navigate so I am sure it will help other guests to know that it is do-able! We will look forward to welcoming you back next season and best wishes to you all until then, Lizzie and Angus

Thank you Deanna - I am so glad that you all enjoyed your stay in Zermatt and that Chez Nous delivered on its promise after all our exchanges before you arrived. I know how hard it can sometimes be to sift through potential places to stay and you always wonder whether they will actually be as they are described so it means a lot to know that we exceeded expectations. Thank you! And I do hope that we will be able to welcome you back to Zermatt at some stage but in the meantime very best wishes to you all as we head in to spring and summer. Lizzie

Thank you for taking the time to do a review for us Dave - it was lovely to have you all with us and I'm so glad that you the apartment lived up to expectations. It would be lovely to see you all in back in Zermatt at some stage and in the meantime many congratulations on your Matterhorn ascent this summer. Best wishes, Lizzie
