Overall, we were happy with our stay at the villa. Sure, there were a few small items that didn't get corrected after we reached out (i.e. broken tiles in the pool steps that cut one of my daughters' toes). The biggest thing for us was the ants. Yes, there's a note warning not to leave food out, but unless you're compulsive about it, these things swarm almost anything left out for more than a few minutes (inside the house and on the patio). We've stayed in many European countryside homes, set back from the main towns, but it's never been like this. In the end, we adapted, but it definitely wasn't something I expected.

Fantastic family villa

La Javeanaise is a well equipped large villa in a quite urbanisation of La Cala. It offers spectacular views and privacy which allows you and your bfamily to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is a large swimming pool big enough for the largest family. Although not used there is a lovely BBQ area with gas BBQ (Not used) the kitchen is well equipped the living room has a large family sized TV with UK channels. The bedrooms are spacious and again well equipped. Diana the manager was very helpful and the arrival and departure procedures were very easy. I would recommend a car as the supermarkets are a drive away. overall we were very happy with this villa so much so that we've already booked again for next year.

Excellent villa

We spend to wonderful weeks in the villa. It's perfect for kids, has a great pool and a lovely view, and it is located in a beautiful and quiet area with beaches, view points - and still close to the town centre. The host and the local contact were both very friendly and responded quickly to all questions.
