Lovely cottage, great location

Very clean and comfortable , loved the layout , lovely garden front and back, tranquil ..Great location, Holkam beach and the light railway nearby.. Great pubs that welcome dogs . Will return for a longer stay next time

Lovely comfortable cottage with windmill view and nice garden with furniture. Saw a deer in garden as well! Good accommodation with very well equipped kitchen. Only downside was no shower in en-suite. Great location with lots of lovely walks from the door though the beach was a bit further than we thought. There is a very nice (though expensive) deli and a bakery a few minutes walk away. Unfortunately the local pub was closed for refurbishment when we were there but there are a couple of other good pubs about a mile away. Overall we had a lovely time. The cottage is tucked away, but quite some distance to the beach, and no clear directions on how to get to the beach, so it took us a few days of walking to work it out! There are no local walks for dogs either, which is a bit of a problem with two dogs. Cley is a beautiful village and the beach was lovely too, the waves were huge! We had a lovely holiday.
