beautiful new custom home ! 3 bedrooms , 2.5 bath . Sit back and relax on our gorgeous patio alongside the 13th fairway! Enjoy our covered patio with fans, tv, bbq, hot tub and fire pit . Step Inside, enjoy a meal in our chefs kitchen, stocked coffee bar and farmhouse table. Master bedroom has pillowtop cal King , golf course view, soaking tub and walk in shower complete with luxury bath products . 2 guests bedrooms perfect for the kids. One with a new queen bed and the other is baby ready with room for a queen air mattress . Bonus playroom for the kids with a queen sleeper sofa , wifi, flat screen , cable and DVD player .

Perfect Getaway

This home is beautiful and comfortable. I had an enjoyable and peaceful stay for several days. Whether I was winding down after a day’s activities or hosting a small get-together of family/friends, it was just what I needed.

Nice family home

The hostess makes you feel right at home. Beautiful decor, comfy furnishings, and nice amenities. We enjoyed many hours visiting on the patio watching the golf course. Peaceful and serene setting. Cell service is limited.

Beautiful home!

We rented this home to attend a funeral in Chico. When we walked in the door it took our breath away. It was a perfect place to wind down with our adult children after all the activities of the weekend. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the golf course! We spent time outside just being together in the cozy chairs with the hot tub close by! We highly recommended this property!

Loved it

I booked the house for a group of 5-6 ladies to get together and have a mommy get-away weekend and it was perfect! We used the hot tub, thoroughly enjoyed the back patio, and relaxed in the beautifully decorated space. The house is so cute, very clean, and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the location was perfect. The owner is very welcoming and available! This is a very safe area in a gated community. I would totally stay again!

Beautiful home and backyard setting .

Overall it was a great experience. Lovely home and enjoyable entertainment area in the backyard. Personally, I don't use VRBO's that often and I should have checked on items such as hair dryer and iron/iron board being available to guests. I only mention this as it may be helpful for future guests.

Gorgeous place to relax!

This is a beautifully decorated home in a very quiet, relaxing spot. Especially loved the kitchen! The "back yard" is absolutely perfect! We loved sitting out there in the morning enjoying our coffee & late afternoon it's the perfect place to unwind. Altogether a great place. The only issue we had was difficulty getting the security gate for the complex to open! My husband tried, I tried, our daughter tried, our grandson tried, his fiancee tried - we all had trouble with it! Don't know why, we were all following the directions we were given & were all using the correct code. We lucked out a couple of times & followed another car in when they opened it. We just didn't have the "magic touch"...
