Fantastic huge and comfortable house.

Fantastic huge and comfortable house. Warm, comfy beds, great showers, good wifi, well appointed kitchen, everything we needed for a group of 8 for a smashing family break. Lovely walk along the railway path into Keswick and on a bus route to get home.

Lovely holiday home comfy, cosy well equipped and perfectly positioned in quiet surroundings. Loved the views from lounge and kitchen and size is ideal for families of all ages. Felt a bit guilty there was only four of us in end. But had a great time celebrating my birthday.

Beautiful bungalow, extremely well-equipped with everything provided for your needs. Bit of an uphill walk from town, but good for working off the infamous ‘cow pie’ from The George. Cannot recommend highly enough!

2nd visit to this fantastic house, well equipped, well laid out and suits our family. Great position at the end of a cul de sac so very private and quiet. My only negative is that the radiators needed bleeding which should really have been checked. Will definitely be back though next year.

Very well prepared house that was both welcoming and homely. The only suggestion to make it even better would be to fence in an area of the garden to make it even more dog friendly. Lived up to all of our expectations and more. Thank you.

Had a lovely time just a pity the windows were all mouldy and a few cobwebs in the bedrooms and the bedside lamp in main bedroom didn't reach plugs as cable wasn't long enough. In all we did have a lovely family weekend away.

Fabulous weekend in Keswick staying at Fourwinds. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. The size and layout are perfect for more than one family. Fourwinds is a real home from home and everything is there that you could need. Perfect location for Keswick, loved the walk down the old railway track. We’ll be back again.

We stayed here in Sept-Oct 19 with our daughter, son and their families including two toddlers! It worked brilliantly. The property is spacious and the layout allows the little ones to sleep away from the noise of the adults in the kitchen and lounge. There were 2 travel cots (no cot sheets), 2 high chairs and a fire guard together with lots of books, board games and DVDs. Being able to use of the garage allows for storage of bikes, pushchairs etc. We would highly recommend it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent cottage, clean and tidy, only negative was we had too supply our own logs for the wood burner, I had checked up with cumbria county cottages a few days earlier about this and they informed me there was logs supplied, but fortunately I took a couple of extra bags from home just in case , I'm pleased I did. Overall a great place to stay

We had a lovely family holiday at Fourwinds, Keswick. We booked this accommodation for our mums 60th birthday celebration, and to do some walking. We liked it as we could walk from the cottage up to Catbells and we could easily access other tourist destinations by car from there. We enjoyed the kitchen and the facilties and we managed to cook a wholesome roast dinner.

The cottage was beautiful and well appointed. However there was a distinct dog smell (like fox poo) when we first arrived. We aired the house and all was fine.
