En godt indrettet lejlighed , men meget slidt. Billederne fra lejligheden kunne godt tåle at blive opdateret ! Men virkelig god beliggenhed , tæt på alt , supermarked , restauranter og barer . Meget nem ankomst/afgang !

Lots of mold!

The location of the property was great! We were able to walk to most of our destinations but the VRBO had A Lot of black mold. Three out the six of us came down with allergy type symptoms. Absolutely no ventilation! Would not recommend if you are allergic to mold. Also, when we arrived beds were not ready and there were only four towels for six adults.

Great place to stay

Easily accommodated 6 adults' needs. The three bathroom / shower rooms were particularly useful. Great location too if you want to explore and close to two metro stops.

Een mooi appartement maar wel achterstallig onderhoud. De wc was kapot (zou gerepareerd worden maar helaas). De kussens voor de tuinstoelen waren niet aanwezig en de tussenpersoon gaf geen enkele reactie meer op de app(Diogo Martelo). Helaas dus niet buiten kunnen genieten van het terras. Het terras was ook erg slordig en het schaduw doek was weg. We hebben bij aankomst ook lang moeten wachten op de sleutel.

Online Listing versus Reality

The location of the property is great and if you are looking for basic accommodation then this is the place for you. However, the photographs on the listing versus the reality were very inaccurate. The outside area was untidy and unkept, the cushions disgusting that you couldn't even sit on. In the kitchen the crockery was chipped and there was hardly a complete set of anything. The bedlinen was very, very basic and the pillows cheap. Finally, if you fancy going to the toilet which is placed in the same cubicle as the shower (not shown on any of the online photos) then this place is for you. Also we had to wait for 3 days to get an iron and a toilet that we reported as needing fixed was never attended to during our stay. The information booklet in the apartment was also falling apart - it certainly appeared that no one cared about the place at all. Such a shame as the location is very handy and with a little bit more tlc it would be a nice property.

Terrace was absolutely filthy. with no cushions on chairs etc (cleaning people took them away because they were so filthy). Room not ready when we got there , they needed 2 additional hours because the place was so dirty. Cleaning lady had to call other people to help her out. Mold on bedroom walls etc.. But the location was perfect.

Spacious and convenient

A great place for a gathering of friends and/or family, and a wonderful central location from which to explore the wonders of Lisbon. Note, however, that although the apartment itself is mostly accessible (one step up to the master bath, but others have no steps), and the building has an elevator, there are 10 stairs to get from the main door up to the elevator, so the space is not fully wheelchair accessible if that's something you're looking for.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement magnifique, rien à dire sur la propreté, décoration de très bon goût Malheureusement le temps ne nous à pas permis de profiter de la terrasse .Et merci au propriétaire d’avoir pu laisser nos valises un après-midi supplémentaire Seul petit bémol, du bruit en sous sol le samedi soir
