Superb views, nice bedrooms and living spaces. Worked perfectly for my family and there are lots of restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute drive (nothing really close by). In a small beach community. We stocked up with groceries in Petaluma. The outside needs some sprucing up, there are no grab bars in the showers, and the outside security lights didn't work.

The place was great. Amazing views. We had everything we needed. They were re-paving the streets while we were there but Linda was so helpful and she kept us updated and communicated really well and told us where we could park and it all worked out perfectly. We had such a nice time. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks Linda!

Dillon Beach with views

This house was a great getaway with easy check in and great access to the beach with beautiful views from the deck and the house. We will be back!

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, furniture in decent shape, clean, all systems worked, well stocked kitchen cabinets, not overly decorated, simple check in & check out, responsive management team. Appreciate that there's a full set of matching dinnerware and flatware, and the pots & pans seem to be in good shape. Good internet & cell service. Agree with a previous reviewer that a bathroom door would be welcome in the master suite. Would also welcome a king size bed in the large master suite. Only minor complaint was that the listed DVD player had broken and was removed. Not a big deal, though we had brought a bunch of DVD's to watch. Would definitely return, especially for the amazing views!

My daughter and I stayed as we wanted a quiet place to just zone out. The house is very comfortable has a great view. Make sure you take all your food with you as you are not close to any grocery stores or restaurants.

Lovely place!

Cute house perfect for our small group of three. The ocean view is incredible. Kitchen is well equipped. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Our only recommendation is more seating in the living room (another comfy chair) and on the front deck. Otherwise all was great!

Sea Haven a REAL Haven

The house was beautiful!! Clean and inviting with gorgeous views !!! While the master bedroom and master bathroom were charming,the one thing that was not to our liking was the sheer curtains that separated the master bedroom from the master bathroom. I would have preferred a little more privacy. A door would have been better.

Stunning views

Comfortable, quiet, clean, nicely decorated. The views were amazing. Lots of wildlife around. The only negative things were the bed in 2nd room isn't very comfortable if you have a bad back. And as a few other reviewers mentioned - the linens and towels smell VERY strongly of detergent. If you are sensitive, you should bring your own.

Sea haven stay

Nice property. Overcast when we were there so hard to see the ocean but we would definitely rent again in the summer time. Loved the deer and wildlife visible.

Just completed our stay!

To the host of the home, thank you for a wonderful stay. This home was clean. The views from the home is amazing. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here! We got to see deers & rabbits around the home. Nice to see security patrol in the area. Someone pulled the garbage cans out to the street & back! Thank you. I have few suggestions to the host. Having some beach towels, beach chairs would be nice. Along with washer/dryer amenities. Coffee grinder would have been helpful too!
