Apartment with a quadruple bedroom for four people, 2 bathrooms and free parking garage. It is located on calle Juan Sebastián Elcano, next to Triana quarter, and 2 minutes walk from the vibrant calle Betis - a popular street with beautiful views over the Guadalquivir river. The main centre is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Completely renovated in September 2018, the apartment is an old commercial venue converted into a comfortable holiday home. It is on the ground and lower ground floors of a quiet residential building.

The living-dining area has 2 windows facing Juán Sebastián Elcano street. The orientation is east, with direct sunlight in the mornings. There are 2 sofas, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. TV with long arm wall mount and high speed fiber optic internet connection.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including: microwave, fridge / freezer and cooktop with 2 burners. There is a capsule coffee machine, toaster and tea kettle. The washing machine is downstairs at the main bathroom.

There is a small bathroom with a walk-in shower, next to the kitchen.

Stairs go down to the sleeping area, where architects created a single room for four people in single beds, with a window and the possibility of closing a door for greater privacy.

Next to the bedroom is the main bathroom. With a large walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin. The bathroom includes a small room with washing machine-dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning products.

The apartment has a modern style with an industrial touch ..., with exposed pipes, wiring and architectural structures. There is central air conditioning with cooling and heating.

Free parking garage available - please advise. The location of the apartment is just 2 minutes away from the April Fair (Feria de Abril).

Great apartment excellent hosting

Very cool apartment, well set up to stay in for a few days or longer. Walkable to the main sights in Seville and supermarkets close by. Big bonus is secure parking close by Excellent hosting and care too

Sevilla at Christmas

We had a wonderfull Christmas holiday in Seville. What a great city this is.I have never seen that kind of lights. One point that could be better in our opnion is the hygienic in this appartment that was reasonable but can be better!

Great location

This location is across the river from the centre but a 10 minute walk to either plaza Espana or the tower. It was nice to get away from the crowds. It’s still busy on this side but more so with locals. Lots of restaurants bars and grocery stores nearby. It was nice having the bedrooms in the basement, it was soooo quiet. The free parking was a bonus as well.

Overall Odor Smell

The property was completely redone as per the pictures. There was some difficulty in communicating with our host when we arrived. If we had a phone that could allow for calls things may have been better. The real concern for us was the smell of the apartment. It at times smelled like a sewer. Since the bedrooms were below ground level they also had a musty/sewer like smell as well.

Great Location and parking

First time in Seville. The property manager met us at the apartment. There was a little confusion when we arrived but we finally met up with the property manager. He showed us the parking which is around the corner and has easy access. We then unloaded and went to the apartment. It is has access from the street. Main floor has a living space, kitchen and a very small bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrroms and a large bathroom with a double sink. Some have mentioned a musty smell which we did notice but we didn't find it that bad. You are right in the middle of everything. 15 min walk to the cathedral and minutes to lots of good places to eat on the river.

Superbe séjour à Séville

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Séville. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter la ville. Il est spacieux, bien équipé. Nous avons bien été accueilli par le propriétaire, qui nous a permis de partir plus tard pour éviter de transporter nos bagages la journée.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement confortable, très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique à pied, mais aussi pour les petits restaurants et commerces à deux pas. L accueil chaleureux du propriétaire prêt à rendre service rapidement. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le parking très proche est un grand avantage, car se garer dans cette ville semble soit impossible soit très cher.
