Spacious accommodation & great location

Large apartment and well laid out. Very convenient location. The only negative thing I have to say is that the couch was a bit worn.

Perfect location

The property was perfectly located for our first visit to Lisbon. Access was easy and it was very clean. Our only complaint was the lack of provisions. We were left 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and no paper towels, soap or shampoo. There was a nespresso machine but no pods or explanation of what type to buy or where to get them. But, in all, we’d definitely stay again.

Great place. Great location. Inconvenient checkin.

The checkin process is very inconvenient, having to go to the property management office to pick up the keys, which is a separate taxi ride. That aside though, the place was really great. Perfect central location, walkable to everything, yet a very quiet space. We were impressed with how much sound from the street was kept out by the windows! Also, the air conditioning was fantastic throughout the penthouse. We would definitely stay here again, if they can make the checkin process easier.

No explanation of appliances

Check in was in person but no explanation of washer or dishwasher. No instructions at all written or otherwise.

Spacious two level apartment in an excellent location for Baixa/Chiado district.

Lovely, modern, light and airy accommodation in a great location for exploring the centre. Being on the fifth floor you are well insulated from any noise from street level, that said it is in a quiet area anyway. The apartment is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Two good sized bedrooms on separate levels each with its own good sized bathrooms. A couple of minor points. At the top of the stairs there is a child safety gate, you need to just be careful not to trip over the base of it. All the essentials such as white goods, cutlery, cups and glasses are provided along with towels. You will need to bring your own shower gel, shampoo though. It would be a nice touch if some basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and juice were provided as a small welcome pack. That apart, can thoroughly recommend this property, would definitely use it again.

very convenienly tlocated lovely apartment

the only thing that could improve was the heater/coolers in the apt.weren't working and after 3 visits from various maintenance workers it was found that all the wall unit remotes just need to be on the same setting. either hot with a sunshine or cool with a snowflake on the remote.A quick instructional manual in the apt would help. Some batteries in the remotes for the TV's weren't working.The large wooden door window coverings were difficult to open the first time for 2 women. All of the plugs on every light fixture were unplugged throughout the house. The first day we spent just trying to get the apt functioning. Instead of enjoying our vacation. Maintenance should go in before guests arrive just to make sure the apt. is ready for guests. the apt itself was beautiful once we worked out all the kinks.
