Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Plenty of room for a family with 3 adult children. Great indoor and outdoor space to relax after a long day touring Lisbon. Fantastic food options right outside the door. Highly recommend!

Very responsive host. We didn’t have any problems or issues. Some alarm going off on 1st floor through our stay, but couldn’t hear it from the apt.

Lisbon hot spot!

Great location that can easily access all parts of the city! We were able to walk from the VRBO to many main attractions. It is located in the life of the party with many great restaurants located nearby.

Host responsiveness was excellent. The property was quiet and in a good location. Nearly everything worked. The biggest issue was a bedroom door that would not close and swung open by itself. The AI bot made communication more complicated than it needed to be, and I got conflicting information at different times. I recommend the host not use the AI bot.I was told of an early check-in charge after i was given an early check in, but they waived that (thank you). Rating 9/10, but I can only give 4/5 or 5/5 so am giving 5/5 since the difficulties were minor..

Dear Scott, thank you very much for your comments, we're really happy that you have enjoyed your stay with us. We work daily to improve our service to our guests and applying to new technologies is also part of this process. Although we're still working to improve it, our AI does provide a significant help to our guests, being able to provide meaningful and helpful information during late hours of the day. In any case, please rest assured that we're working daily to improve this particular aspect of our communication.

Great location walking distance to most popular sites

Had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable, quiet and clean lodging. Great air conditioning in the middle of an August heat wave. Beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed including coffee pods, bowl of fresh fruit and soaps. Nice large TV and sofas and huge table for spreading out. Management was responsive both before our arrival and during our stay. My teenage granddaughter loved it!

Lovely in Lisbon

If considering this property I highly recommend it. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is great! It is close to Time Out Lisbon and many other great local restaurants as well as a cute little park that has one of Lisbon’s famed Kiosks. There are often vendors set up in the park as well. The check-in was easy and the property manager is communicative and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well located. Overall, we really liked the property. Two bedrooms are excellent, the common areas are comfortable, and it worked well for our family. That said, our experience with the property management company was disappointing, especially given the price point. One bedroom is much smaller and has a glass door opening directly into the kitchen/living area, creating a privacy issue. This is visible in the photos, so I’m not saying it was misrepresented, but it’s worth noting. I asked if something simple could cover the glass, even temporary blinds or paper/cardboard, but after a lot of back and forth was told it was “not possible.” I ended up solving it myself. The front door was also extremely heavy and difficult to open. A rep did come show me how it worked, which I appreciated, but my older parents could not open it themselves when locked. We also booked an airport transfer through the property manager to make arrival easier. Customs was very long and the airline lost my father’s bag. We communicated with the driver throughout, but the transfer did not happen and my parents had to take an Uber. They said they waived the no-show fee, but we were still charged the full transfer fee, which felt strange since no ride was actually provided. In short: I recommend the apartment itself, but not the property management company. For a premium property, I expected better responsiveness, flexibility, and guest support.

Absolutely perfect spot for a family of 5. Tons of space in the unit. Top notch appliances and everything looks as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood is absolutely perfect for first time visit to Lisbon - walk, bike, scooter, uber, taxi, train, tuktuk - all right there. Really great coffee shop (Senzi) directly across the street - excellent coffee, food, service. This unit is well worth the extra cost relative to some other options - location and space are ideal.

Great location near Time Out market, a lot of other amazing restaurants, pink street and a little park with a bar next to it where our 5 year old spent a lot of time climbing a tree. It has a very long common area with high ceilings, great kitchen, dining and living room, patio, and an elevator with only a couple of stair to access. Has a small washer and dryer as well. Would highly recommend!
