Lisbon

This property was clean, gave our large group enough space and was one block from the metro green line making it easy for us to get around the city. Property managers responded quickly and we were greeted on check in to receive keys. I would recommend this place.

Lisbon fun trip

Lisbon is a wonderful place to visit. Our apartment had a great location but was on a main road with a hospital so ambulances with sirens passed at all times of the day. Apartment was dated and only slightly resembles online pictures, but was clean and safe.

Not recommended !

I expected much more for this apartment taking into account the price the host charges. We were asked by the owned before arrival to move to a different apartment claiming that the apartment we will move to is the same as the one we reserved - assuming he is right we expressed no objection but what we found is that the apartment we entered was dirty, the beds and beddings are from the cheapest material (think youth hostel) and very dirty as well. The elevator wasn’t working and the lobby of the building was constantly filled with trash. The apartment has no air condition which in july in Lisbon can be a big issue and you cannot open the windows because the apartment faces a major road. The owned offered us cool airs but these did not help much. The apartment also had bad odor of bugs spray. First conversation with the owner was unpleasant so we just stayed there for the two days and left.

Séjour à Lisbonne

L’appartement était loin d’être parfait pour le prix payé et beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine manquaient. ( pas assez de verres à pied, pas de plat à tarte, pas de lumière au dessus de la plaque de cuisson pour cuisiner…) Pour un tel montant, on peut espérer des douches qui s’écoulent bien, des portes qui ferment correctement, des lampes de chevet qui fonctionnent et qui ne s’écroulent pas au moindre mouvement…des literies parfaites… Concernant le nombre de chambres il faut bien spécifier que deux chambres sont dans une seule et qu’il faut passer par une des chambres pour aller dans la salle de bains qui contient également les toilettes. Par contre nous avons apprécié le check-in plus tôt et le dépôt des bagages dans l’agence. Séjour riche en visites, nous avons adoré la ville de Lisboa.

Schoene Wohnung in guter Lage

Tolle Location fuer eine groessere Gruppe, ganz nahe an Metro Station und am Zentrum. Laeden und Restaurants auch ganz nah.

Good location

Good location basically within 15 min of everything you want to see in Lisbon. Easy Uber ride. Near Metro. Nice cafe across the street. The Surroundings appeared to some guest as being " Run Down" however seemed very safe. Some great late night local dining spots along the way! Management was very easy to work with and accommodated all our needs.

En sofa kunne bruges i stuen en anden er til at smide ud. Spisebordet er fugtskadet og har revner og buler. Vaskemaskinen kan kun køre et enkelt program. Sengene med bulede madrasser. God beliggenhed med meget støj fra gaden.

Convenient

The host was super with communication. Very responsive with any questions and were there when we checked in. Super easy. Location - right on the metro and we used it extensively. Grocery right there. Furniture - agree with the previous reviewer, could use an refresh but overall comfortable. There are not a huge amount of eating options right there but we did ok. Maybe just our expectations. Overall a good experience.

Great location!

We stayed at this location for 10 days and it was a great location! There is a grocery store right across the street and a few restaurants nearby. The check in process was fine I wish that we would have known that the tax needed to be paid in cash beforehand. A few minor suggestions: the washer door ring is very dirty an the rubber ring needs to be changed or cleaned with a brush and bleach I tried to clean it but only had paper towels. Instructions on how to use the stove and the washer would be helpful as not all visitors are familiar with the appliances and we spend a lot of time on Google trying to learn how to use them. The couch in the living is ragged and needs to be replaced. Extra surge protectors would be great. During the middle of our stay the cleaning team showed up, luckily we were there it would have been nice to have been warned that they were coming. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great!
