A charming 3 bedroom home in the 17th arrondissement, for up to 5 guests. A short journey from the Moulin Rouge and the Sacre Coeur
KITCHEN
Situated on the ground floor, this kitchen is contemporary in style, with emerald green tiles and slate grey flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
With double height ceilings and beautiful atrium with white beams above, this light living area is striking in style. With velvet blue sofas, a marble topped coffee table and a dining table for 6-8 people.
Up a small white staircase to the snug and library area. This is in the eaves, with a comfortable corner sofa, a bookcase and a television- the perfect space to chill out!
MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs to the first bedroom, with a King-size double bed and skylight above. The room is simple in style and has a relaxing feel. There is a chest of drawers for storage and an en suite bathroom.
EN SUITE
The en suite includes a shower and basin, in a ‘wet room’ style layout.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom is perfect for children, as it includes a single bed and lots of toys and books. There is artwork on the wall and wooden floors.
BATHROOM
The main bathroom includes a freestanding bath in electric blue, with shower attachment and basin.
WC
There is a WC with green and white tiles, for convenience.
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom includes a double bed (which are folding beds). This room is also in the eaves and has white beams decorating the space.

Situated next to the Arc de Triomphe, the 17th arrondissement is slightly off the beaten track. However, if you’d like to see some of the finest architecture in Paris, then look no further. This arrondissement, without any major sites, is a story of two tales; to north-eastern end of the 17th, more commonly known as Batignolles, you’ll find a relaxed bohemian atmosphere with a large variety of bars and eateries. In contrast, the south-western side of the 17th feels like an extension of the Champs Élysées with a large selection of midrange to high-end shops. This beautiful arrondissement is home to one of Paris’s best kept secrets like Parc Monceau, an unusually casual and relaxing park in the heart of Paris.
