Wonderful stay

Very nice apartment with proximity to most everything you would like to see. Great shopping nearby. Perfect breakfast just outside the door. Our host was responsive and kind.

Very convenient location!

Very close to Real Alcázar de Sevilla and the Cathedral (2 mins walking). Washer and dryer is a bonus for family with kids. The host is very nice to let us leave our luggage on the day of checkout.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Excellent Location

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Its location so close to the cathedral and Alcazar is unbeatable, yet it is in a quiet street overlooking a small plaza. The apartment is completely updated and lovely. Having a clothes dryer was a great bonus! Highly recommend.

Beautiful little condo in the heart of Seville

Maria, the host and her husband was so hospitable, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo albeit small. It was so cozy and a perfect location. We will definately visit again. Merci Beaucoup Maria!

Perfect location

This apartment was perfectly located right by the cathedral in a very charming neighborhood. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, beautiful, and luxuriously decorated. Highly recommended.

Great location close to all the key World Heritage sites

The apartment is lovely; Maria-Jose is lovely - very responsive and gentle re me using Google Translate to augment my limited Spanish. Location is terrific - so close to the key areas literally at the end of the street. If you have mobility issues, there is even an elevator and an-unit laundry. We had a lovely time in Sevilla here.

Excellent! Clean, centrally located, great host

The apartment is renovated, clean, cozy, comfortable and very close to the Cathedral. We came for Holy Week and walked to experience the processions. The host is very accessible, helpful, and responds quickly. I highly recommend this apartment. When we return to Seville,I definitely will reserve it.

Wonderful

Lovely apartment. Gracious and accommodating host. We arrived at 10 pm with a dead cell phone struggling to phone María when a beautiful young lady came to our rescue. It was María who cheerfully welcomed us. Highly recommend this stay.

Perfect location

We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. The apartment was very clean, communication was easy and clear, beds were awesome and I loved the pillows (I am so picky about that). Great shower and key kitchen items. No great views but literally on the doorstep of the palace entrance and 1 min to the cathedral. One tip… master bedroom can be noisy with outside noises. Secondary bedroom is interior and is totally quiet.

Couldn’t get a better location check in process was super easy however clarification on exiting the property at the end of the stay could be clearer as we didn’t spot the door release in the Hall when we were leaving. The accommodation was spacious for 3 people however the beds were not re very firm (but that’s generally not our preference also pillows were hard) pullout bed didn’t seem to work so my teenage nephew had to sleep with his mum. The kitchen had coffee machine however with no pods provided and no washing up liquid the cloths were also old and dirty. The washing machine and dryer were fab also bathroom was great with good shower. Two other negatives were mould on the bedroom walls and also big issue was that the fire escape was locked!!! I would say that these issues could be easily rectified and if so would probably stay again given the location.

¡Hola Cherly! Muchas gracias por su feedback, tan solo comentar varias cosas. Encima del interruptor de salida del edificio hay un cartel tamaño A4 verde fosforito que indica que ese es el interruptor para poder salir del edificio. Lamento que no hayais visto dicho cartel tan evidente. El sofá cama es de fácil uso, de todas maneras no nos notificasteis que dejasemos preparado el sofá cama, ni tampoco nos escribisteis solicitando ayuda, que de haber sido así habríamos ido encantados a ayudarles a abrir el sofá cama. Por otro lado, no sé a qué salida de incendios se refiere. Muchas gracias, y espero que al menos hayas pasado unos buenos días.

Great location, cozy, nice, and clean apartment!

The apartment is great, clean and cozy, but read all the way to the end to understand the rating: The good: - amazing location, right in the middle of the old city (zona monumental)! But on a largely quiet street (the occasional horse carriage bumbles along) - cute, quirky, clean apartment with 2 decent sized bedrooms and a kitchen with all the stuff you need - pretty new all around with a nice updated bathroom and a great shower - on the second floor, but has an elevator! So nice to get that luggage upstairs - bedroom air cons are new and work well, which is real nice in 37c days The thing we struggled with: - communication with the host was a struggle. We did not hear from the host until we pinged them a few days before arriving. The system they use to register guests was down so we never actually got registered… but they then stopped responding and we only got the details on how to get into the apartment after having VRBO customer support call them… - minor -> the apartment does not have a dining table and chairs, which is a bummer for eating breakfast etc. - the living room aircon is struggling to cool the living room If it wasn’t for the host communication issues we had, I would recommend this apartment.

Excelente experiencia

Reservamos dos estancias de 3 y 4 dias en el apartamento pues viajamos desde Estados Unidos y teniamos viajes a otras ciudades. El apartamento tiene una ubicacion privilegiada en el centro de Sevilla, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera excepcional, disfrutando de las grandes ventajas de residir en el centro de la ciudad. El dia de la llegada, a causa de las horas de nuestros vuelos, llegamos muy tarde, despues de la media noche, y los propietarios no tuvieron problema en atendernos tan tarde. La comunicacion siempre fue fluida. En el segundo periodo, uno de los aires acondicionados de una habitacion no estaba enfriando bien, y al dia siguiente por la mañana llegó un tecnico y lo arreglo. Fue un servicio rapido y eficaz en un momento de mucho calor en la ciudad. Estuvimos tan bien en el apartamento que ampliamos 4 dias mas la estancia hasta el dia de la vuelta a casa. Una magnifica experiencia en un apartemento muy acojedor, limpio, bien acondicionado con todo lo necesario, una ubicacion privilegiada y unos propietarios muy competentes. Nos encantó y si volvemos a viajar en las mismas condiciones, volveremos a alquilarlo.

Very cute and clean

The apartment is adorable. Very clean. The location is perfect. Bed in main bedroom is very comfortable. Check in could be better. Would prefer a code or a lock box instead of meeting to check in. Overall we loved the apartment.

Small apartment in a great location.

Good size for up to 4. Sofa was tough for two to sleep on. The location is excellent. Close to all the sights and food. Location on back alley is relatively quiet. I would recommend.
