Pros: the condo is in a great ski out location (it's a very flat traverse to ski in but doable). The kitchen is well stocked, the living room was very spacious compared to other rentals of similar bedsoace, and the bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of space for suitcases, hangers in the closets and drawer space. Having a washer and dryer was nice, but only one small package of detergent was a little light.
Cons: the condo was covered with dog hair. Evidently the complex allows owners to have pets, but since guests can't bring pets, it is listed as not pet friendly. This implied to me that no pets are allowed. Several of our guests are highly allergic to dogs, to the point of wheezing and asthma. It is totally unacceptable, and frankly dishonest for those with health problems, that It is not listed as having dogs. Also, there was a Keurig, but no coffee maker. This would be fine if they had told us, but we bought ground coffee, and managed with boiling water in a pot on the stove (no kettle) and poured through a paper towel and colander. If they had said Keurig, we would have just bought that! Beyond that, the condo was just dark. The pictures are all light, but it must've been added. The dimmable overhead lights didn't go above halfway lit. There was nowhere to read a book. Beyond limitations of the condo, I had trouble getting in touch with the rental agency and property manager and couldn't get messages returned quickly, though once I heard back, they were very helpful.
The good news is they are all easy fixes that would have dramatically improved our experience. We'd come back if we knew they were fixed, but couldn't recommend this condo if changes aren't made.
