Ski-In/Ski-Out Breckenridge Condo! Hot Tubs, Views!

This three bedroom condominium sleeps 10 comfortably. It includes a spacious living area, private washer/dryer, and excellent amenities. The primary bedroom and second bedroom both have balconies great for views and to catch a breath of fresh mountain air. The lift is located steps from the complex making your commute to the slopes quick and easy. In the summer there are trails right outside the complex as well that take you up to the Peak 9 area with amazing views.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great ski trip

Location is phenomenal. Ski rental and lift are two minute walks away. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was well furnished for cooking and eating. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Our group of 3 couples stayed for a long weekend of skiing. Cozy and clean, comfortable beds, steps away from the Snowflake lift. 10 minute walk to town.

Great location, tired accommodations.

The layout was great, 3 bed, 3 bath. Mattresses and pillows were extremely cheap and most uncomfortable. Not what you want after a hard day of skiing. The furniture is need of replacing, very used, rickety chairs and only one sofa to sit on. Not much seating for a 3 bed condo.

Great place!

I booked this condo for a friend's bachelorette weekend and it was great for the 7 of us! Comfy beds and enough bathrooms to easily accommodate 7 women. Kitchen had everything we needed. One word of caution-when they say 10am checkout, they aren't joking. We were out the door of the condo right at 10, but still had to use our keypad code to get into the garage to load our stuff into the car. Our code stopped working on all the doors and we had to wait for other guests to come by and let us in so we could get back into the garage. That seemed a little extreme, but otherwise we had a great stay!

Too warm to be comfortable. Someone said they were coming to fix it and never showed up.

The smaller bedroom mattress was too uncomfortable for my daughter to sleep. We had to open the doors and windows repeatedly to cool the place off. Way too warm to sleep comfortably. I called and a worker texted me. They were coming and then never responded and never showed up. Great location, cute place. I wish we could have been a little more comfortable

Great Ski in /out, adequately appointed

As advertised. Right next to Snowflake lift and on an off-shoot of 4 O'Clock run. Excellent location for skiing!. 10 min walk to town, downhill on the way, uphill on the way back.. Spacious, comfy beds, with great amenities. Awesome large outdoor hot tub!. Condo itself was sparse on things like toilet paper, towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc.. Recommend checking in and taking inventory of what you might need. A minor thing compared to the location and comfort of the condo. Would recommend. Didn't like having to check in at central office off site. Seems like this could have been done electronically.

Great condo, great beds, a little tired

The condo was spacious and well located at the bottom of Snowflake Lift. Beds were all great!! Rug and furniture needs updating. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware etc.

AMAZING, would recommend!! Want to come back

Loved our place! It could not have been better. Great layout and easy to get on and off the slopes. Check in and check out was super easy. Also nice was being able to easily get towels and toilet paper from front desk. Front desk wasn’t always the most friendly, but still got what we needed. They even let us have a let check out, so I really can’t complain. Great great great!! Would recommend!!!! Would love to stay here again!! Only suggestion is to get pot holders and more kitchen towels. But we made everything work and had a great time. 10/10

Excellent Breck location!

Great summer location for walking to town and taking hikes right from the property. Great winter location with a ski lift right at the property. Condo is very well set up for families!

Great for families

This was a great unit for families with small children. Not only was there a pack-n-play but a high chair too. Also there was sleds for the snow and some toys and games to keep our kids entertained (and some grown ups too).
