ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドが2台、リビングルームには快適なソファベッドが2台あります。 プリンシピオは2016年7月に完全に改装され、必要な便利さを備えています。 すべてが新品です。

As advertised. Very good location between Duomo and San Lorenzo. A bit noisy with renovations nearby but all of Florence is under construction it seems. Lucia was very good, don’t hesitate to ask for anything.

This is a superb rental property in the heart of Florence, one block away from San Lorenzo and two blocks away from the Duomo. The living room is spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Both, the bathroom and the bedroom are large for european standards. Lucia is a great host. She checked with us frequently to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She booked us with a fantastic wine tasting experience at Poimbaia winery in Montalcino( highly recommended). We couldn't be happier and would definitively recommend this rental property. The paid parking garage is just around the corner as well as a supermarket and a number of fantastic restaurants.

Location of Lucia’s comfortable spacious apartment made our week long vacation to Florence most memorable. Large variety of great restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Lucia was quick to respond and kept in contact during our stay to ensure we were having a good time. Comfortable bed & pillows, quality linens, large shower great water pressure and fast efficient WiFi.

Great Location

Great location!

We had a great time staying at this place. It was mostly quiet and centrally located in historic downtown. Easy walking to most places. We had everything we needed and Lucia does a great job coordinating check in and out. Lots of tourist resources and books in apartment. Lucia will also provide recommendations and help you with anything you may need-she was always checking in on us. Easily stay here again!!

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. All the main attractions are within walking distance and it is close to the train making day trips outside of Florence easy.

This apartment was cozy, comfortable and so clean. It really is steps from the Duomo,v so convenient to everything. We were so comfortable there. Lucia was a great host - very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here!

Great location close to the train. We loved being able to open the windows during the day to let the light and fresh air in. It was nice to close the shutters at night too. Lots of great coffee bars and restaurants within a block or two. We also enjoyed the big shower. Lucia was a great host and we appreciate the good communication!

What a perfectly located apartment in Florence. We have been many times to Florence, staying in hotels and apartments but this tops them all! The large shower and bathroom was awesome and the A/C was phenomenal and an unexpected delight!Everything anyone would need is right here. A few nights we had wine and fresh pasta, from the nearby local grocery, and enjoyed dinner in our "home away from home".Our flight was delayed by hours and we stayed in touch with Lucia, who was waiting at the apartment when we finally arrived.Lucia and Walter were always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. They were very very easy to communicate with before and during our 6 day stay. What a great place for enjoying Florence!Thank you Lucia!!

Wonderful apartment in Florence

We traveled a lot (and still do!), for business reasons and for leisure, and we really like to get in touch with people coming from other cultures. That's how we came out with the idea of buying Principio apartment. "Principio" means "beginning", and we hope that it will be the beginning of your wonderful stay here in Italy, and at the same time, a very good beginning of our activity.

Principio is in the perfect location both for visiting Florence and for travelling around It. Via dell'Alloro is a very quiet street. The apartment is at the first floor of an ancient Florentine building and you can reach it with only 20 stairs. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities, furnished with the typical Italian taste. I also organize PRIVATE DAILY-TOURS TO THE TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE WITH WINE TASTING: Duration about 9/10 houres. A private driver will be available for you for movements from a place to another.
- Visit of the medieval town of Siena, famous for the Palio horse race taht taks place in the particurar square Piazza del Campo.
-Visit to the Monteriggioni fortress
Afterwards you will travelling to one of the beautiful wine estate to enjoy a wine cellar tour , a lunch or snack and wine tasting while sitting surrounded by vinegards.
Possibility of buying or booking wine, oil, balsamic vinegar from the estate at advantageous prices
-Visit to San Gimignano, the Unesco World Heritage Site, famous for its 14 towers and its artisan shops.
Return to Florence, stopping to take some pictures on the road surrounded by hills.
I arrange also daily tour to Lucca and Pisa, or everywhere you will prefere to visit.
