Nice location

We thought this apartment fit our needs well. The location was great and it was easy to walk to the old town and the neighborhood was really nice. The rooms were small but well furnished. Our host contact was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location

We spent 8 nights in this property and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very clean, modern and well-equipped. Check-in was very easy and communication has been excellent. There are plenty of food shops, cafes and restaurants on the same street and nearby. Zurriola beach is 5 mins walk. A great location for a holiday with teens/ young adults as a family. Highly recommended.

Great Location with local flare

We enjoyed our stay at the flat, and loved how we could get a feel for the location right outside the window. Very walkable to lots of great restaurants and just a little further to old town. The flat was perfectly laid out for our family! Thank you!

Nice, modern apartment in Gros

This was a good home base for out family of 3 in San Sebastian. Apartment isn't big, but it feels big with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room. Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable; showers and bathrooms were both great. Right upstairs from a few good grocery stores and the neighborhood has a wealth of food choices. It's a short walk to the middle of town, which is just across the bridge. Gros is its own neighborhood, with a different vibe (more residential, less commercial) than the other side of the river; but, you also feel separate if you want to spend a lotta time at La Concha Beach or in Old Town, for example. It's about a 15-minute walk to those areas. Everything in the apartment worked well and the check-in process and communication with the host was top notch. He met us at the door and was easy to communicate with the entire stay.

Apartment near beach

This apartment is located two blocks from Zurriola beach in the neighborhood of Gros, which is full of cafes and pintxo bars. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main city, another 5 or 10 to the Old Town or Kontxa beach (depending on how many times you stop for basque cheesecake, to take photos, or sample sausage, jamon, cheeses, etc, etc). The apartment is clean and quiet and well appointed. We cooked some great meals after visiting Bretxako Azoka, the big market in town. We had a great, relaxing stay, and would return again should we journey back to San Sebastian.

The location of the apartment was ideal, very close to the beach, and easy walk to old town. The property manager made check in quite easy, meeting us at the apartment at our convenience.

Great apartment

The apartment is great. It has all the cooking utensils you will need, but we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work with the stove so we made drip coffee. Maybe this is me showing my age but when we used to rent from VRBO, it was like we were renting people’s actual homes rather than just a rental listed by an agent. So the kitchens had things like oil/spray, salt, and all those little things you use to cook that you don’t want to buy to supply a vacation property for 4 days. This one had salt and not really anything more - which I think is becoming standard but something to think about it your hope is to cook.

Todo un acierto el habernos alojado en este apartamento. La comunicación ha sido excelente desde el primer momento, la recepción exactamente igual, majísimo el chico que nos recibió y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. El apartamento no defrauda, nos hemos sentido como en casa, había de todo y era muy acojedor y calentito, que con la lluvia de este fin de semana se agradecia. Las habitaciones geniales y todo super limpio, desde luego si tuvieramos que volver a Donosti repetiriamos. El estar a tiro de piedra a pie del casco viejo y a 2 min de la Zurriola lo hace ideal.

Très bonne localisation au sein de San Sebastian
