パティオサンビセンテは、街の歴史的中心部に隠れた静かな中庭を囲む修復された職人のコテージのコレクションです。 「パティオサンヴィセンテ」のコテージは、元の建築を尊重しながら完全に復元されましたが、Paratelierの建築家によるモダンな美学でデザインされています。 ポルトガルの職人とデザイナーを使用して、インテリアは居心地が良く、快適で、カスタム大工仕事で慎重に作られています。 リスボンの13世紀のオリジナルの壁である「Muralha Fernandina」は、各リビングルームの奥の壁に組み込まれています。

Perfect spot to Explore old Lisbon!

Great location, within a short walk to many attractions, dinning, and exploring. Lovely courtyard to relax, and very nice layout for the stay.

Quaint Cottage Apartment

We were really impressed with Olinda, who met us as we were arriving. The apartment was lovely - so clean, great lighting and the rooms were perfect for our needs. The courtyard was nice to sit out after a day of sightseeing, with a glass of wine. Thank you so much!

The perfect place to stay in Lisbon

The property is beautifully designed and in superb condition. It is very tastefully furnished and really well equiped with quality items. It is very quiet despite being in the heart of the lively Alfama district which makes so many historic places buildings easily accessible. The arrival and departure arrangements are very clear and also very simple. Victor was most helpful and it was really nice to meet him. It is the best place we’ve stayed on a city holiday and it couldn’t have met our needs any better. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay and would very happily return.

Peaceful

We arrived early and were welcomed by Olinda who helped us to get settled and welcomed us. Even though we were unable to access our room as we were early, we were given access to a bathroom and a secure location to leave our luggage so we could start exploring Lisbon. The accommodation was top notch once it was found. Took a bit of poking to find it as it is through a small staircase but so worth it!! Olinda was there to show us the way! The apartment was very clean and tidy. We are 'foodies' and found the kitchen very well appointed utensils to help us prepare our food. Highly recommend.

Un havre de paix au coeur de la ville

Très bien situé, l'appartement permet de se resourcer après de longues marches au coeur de la ville. Le cadre est chaleureux, agencé avec gout et soin. Il offre toutes les commodités pour une vie aisée à 5. Merci à Victor et Laura pour la flexibilté lors de notre arrivée et leur acceuil discret et efficace.

Un séjour parfait dans un lieu parfait

Séjour de 2 nuits, groupe de 4 amies. Tout était parfait. Communication avec l'hote facile et efficace. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que l'heure d'arrivée prévue et nous avons tout de même pu prendre possession de l'appartement. Appartement magnifique, très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons particulièremetn apprécié qu'il y ait du café, sucre, sel et autres condiments. Un guide des environ nous attendais et nous a permis de découvrir un petit café tout simplement déliceux tout près du logement. L'appartement est situé dans le quartier Alfama, près des transports et a environ 20 minutes de Ubber de l'aéroport. Nous recommandons a tous.

Absolutely Lovely!

This place is quiet and serene, the layout is fantastic and they had nice touches like coffee and sugar. The private patio off the living room is great, so is the host. Secure, in a great location. No traffic at all as the little group of homes is at the top of a hill by Sao Vicente. The patio shown in the pictures is shared, but always with great fellow travelers. Good restaurants around, I would go back in a heartbeat.

sehr schönes, ideal gelegenes Ferienhaus

Alles perfekt, Lage mitten in der Stadt und doch absolut ruhig, wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus. Der Innenhof wird mit den Bewohnern der anderen Wohnungen geteilt und trägt damit zur Kommunikation bei. Einziger Nachteil: die beiden Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk sind nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt, was für 2 erwachsene Paare etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist

Patio São Vicente is tucked away in the corner of the Telheiro do Sao Vicente square in a private Patio. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. You can sit in the quiet, shady patio at your own table, the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses.
