If you're looking for a villa with plenty of space for a large group with plenty of space inside and out for up to 12 people with private apartments and air conditioning close enough to Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and the beach or even just to relax in the Tuscan countryside, this villa is PERFECT. Plenty of space for groups to vacation TOGETHER with plenty of private alcoves for introverts to enjoy away from the group. You'll need a car to reach it from the adjoining major or small nearby cities but it's worth it. Plenty of grocery stores nearby if you want to make use of the MULTIPLE kitchens and multiple dining rooms and plenty of restaurants within very reasonable driving distance if you'd rather eat out and try local, Pisan or Florentine cuisine. Very easy to drive and/or park at several nearby train stations (Empoli) to then take day-trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena
