New Year’s eve

We had a wonderful stay. We took a short three night visit during New Year’s Eve. All the activities were directly across the street for pier Park, and at night we could just simply sit down on our balcony and watch all the fireworks. The condo was furnished very nicely. The pool was very nice as well for the kid, And the reason why had very nice amenities.

Amazing Condo

We have visited PCB for many years. This was our first stay at Calypso - it was amazing. The views in the condo are unmatched. We are looking forward to staying her next year. The hosts were fantastic and the property was amazing!!

Wonderful stay

This was wonderful hotel service in a condo, the best of the 2 worlds. By far the best experience so far. Communication was easy and quick, the property was extremely clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed with little kids.

Loved our stay!

Gorgeous room with plenty of space for our family of 7. Super convenient right on the beach close to pier park and also got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Had lots of amenities provided such as beach boards and sand things and we loved the nespresso machine.

A perfect home away from home!!

This condo has it all! The owners truly have thought of everything one would need. The decor was so nice and modern. I loved the new paint colors.Everything was clean and well maintained. I liked the refrigerator so well that I’m going to go buy the same one for my own home. The trash chute was right outside the front door which was fabulous. If you know, you know right? The host was so nice and checked on our safety durning a storm. We truly couldn’t ask for any better except maybe a few extra blankets because the AC worked extremely well. We travel very often and this trip was one of our favorites. Walking distance to pier park and lots of restaurant's was a huge plus as well. We definitely hope to be back.

Nice view of the sunset.

It’s a wonderful place to stay in Panama City, with all the major attractions close by. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, and it offers a nice view of the sunset.

Very Spacious

The condo was amazing. The views were fantastic. The pictures were spot on. The only set back was the chairs for the "front row" were reserved through the week prior to us arriving so we did not have front row. That did not stop us from getting some sun. Great place to stay.

Perfect Stay

We stayed in the condo for a quick family vacation with a couple of friends. The layout of this unit is perfect, with the massive couch and Sonos sound system. We had a small issue with the air not working fully, but Paul responded quickly to our message and had it fixed within an hour. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. Having 2 full bathrooms was a huge plus when you have teenagers. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was so comfortable!

Very Nice

This was our first time staying in this unit. We were very pleased. The owner was very responsive. The bed was super-comfortable with plenty of pillows and very comfortable blankets and bedding. The kitchen had extra things like a Keruig, blender, plastic storage container, dish detergent, dish washing detergent. There was even laundry detergent which we didn't use; we brought our own. The deck had very nice lounge chairs and high seat chairs. The view of the bridge and ocean was spectacular! The couch is a bit uncomfortable but was not a game-changer for us. The room was quiet and peaceful. The overhead fan in the bedroom was very nice. It only has one speed-full blast, which was fine with us too. We would definitely come back to this room in the future. We are already looking for a time to return.

Excellent condo

We have stayed at Calypso many times now & have always had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be anymore perfectly located & the condo was very clean & nice. The owners were great at explaining all instructions for check in/out through an email. We will definately be back!!!

My wife, Amy, and I have owned vacation homes along the gulf coast for over 35 years. When we retired in late 2021, it was an easy choice to move back to the area. Being we were very successful in managing our own vacation rentals, many of our friends asked that we manage theirs, which is how “Beachscapes Vacation Rentals” started. Together with our youngest son, Joshua, we manage several condos and homes in the area. I was raised in the Florida panhandle and have a nearby farm that was originally settled by my grandfather. So we have the best of both worlds by splitting our time between the emerald coast beaches and our nearby family farm.

Within a short walk we have Pier Park and all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment - Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater for open-air concerts - Aaron Bessant Park for walking and nature trails and Russell-Fields Pier - a 1500 ft pier for fishing, walking, or just enjoying the view.....Within a short drive we have Frank Brown Park for the sports enthusiast - Hwy 30A for biking and visiting the beach areas of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Grayton - lots of golfing opportunities, state parks, fishing, water sports, etc.

We own and manage Unit 1009W. The condo is professionally furnished and decorated to be a home away from home for all guests. Calypso Towers Unit 1009W is the perfect place for a couples get-a-way or family vacation, hence “The Beach Retreat” as my youngest son named it years ago.

We live now live in Panama City Beach, and I grew up nearby, so we know the area very well and can provide the best information to help our guests get the most out of their vacation time. Since we live near all of the properties we manage, and all of our staff are no more than 30 minutes away, our guests receive very timely responses to any questions or concerns. Beachscapes Vacation Rentals focusses on providing the highest quality services to ensure all guests become repeat guests.
