Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat eine sehr friedliche Atmosphäre, es ist modern und hat genug Platz im Freien um auch komplette Tage am Haus zu verbringen Ein Auto ist meiner Meinung nach in jedem Fall nötig

Overlooking Etna.

Beautiful place to stay overlooking Etna. Very clean and nicely equipped. Veranda area lovely for the warm evenings and air conditioning in the bedroom appreciated. Pool was great to cool off and use was easy to rotate with other users. Proprietors welcoming leaving us wine and bringing us mulberries. Enjoyed the peace and privacy here. Not sure it would be quite so comfortable for 4 people.

Property in a good situation with views of Etna from the patio. Very well-equipped and friendly, helpful owners. Although it would sleep 4 it is better suited to 2.

Beautiful villa with magnificent view of Etna

Very comfortable week long stay for me and my wife. We loved the view of Etna from the villa terrace and communal garden. Fortunately as geologists, we enjoyed, one night, being able to see a distant lava flow.Thanks for the delicious cake on arrival and wine from the vineyard, we enjoyed so much we ordered a couple of extra bottles.The villa was as advertised and perfectly appointed. We enjoyed using the pool a few times. The location on the outskirts of the town suited us, having a hire car, we were able to use some local restaurants and shops including the artisan deli 'dal 1926'. We found Etna itself within easy reach and the coast from Catania to Taormina.appointed

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Haus von Michele verbracht. Die Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt und die Abwicklung der An- und Abreise war verbindlich, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung entsprechen exakt den Begebenheiten vor Ort. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Dies gilt auch für die Außenanlagen. Der Blick auf den Ätna von der Terrasse ist sehr beeindruckend. Maria und Michele sind vor Ort und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter.

Exceptionnel

La maison est idéalement placée dans un village calme, entourée de vignes, à environ 30 minutes de Catane au pied de l'Etna avec un panorama à couper le souffle. Maison toute équipée, immense jardin ombragé avec hamac, bains de soleils, terrasse ombragée pour manger et l'indispensable piscine pour se rafraîchir. Un commerce d'alimentation se trouve à 1 minute en voiture. Accès aisé à l'autoroute pour rejoindre Catane ou Taormine. Comptez environ 30 minutes pour rejoindre les plages. Michele a été aux petits soins avec nous durant tout le séjour. Grazie per tutto Michele !

Fantastic Stay

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay. The property had all the essentials we needed and was spotlessly clean. Private and secluded for a relaxing stay. Local amenities within walking distance. But a car needed to get further afield. We’d definitely recommend! The welcome cake was delicious.

Schönes altes Weingut…

Das Ferienhaus ist mitten in einem großzügig angelegten alten Weingut. Die Anlage ist so, dass trotzdem jeder für sich ist und man unabhängig seine Unternehmungen starten kann. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut und alles vorhanden. Fragen haben wir auch problemlos kurz per SMS klären können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Great Holiday

Wir haben dieses Ferienwohnung bereits zum dritten Mal besucht und haben uns wieder einmal wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Tolles Gelände, schöner Blick zum Etna, ein Pool und ein großer Garten.

Un logement parfait

Venus en couple, nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis. L’environnement du logement, en retrait de la route et entouré par les vignes, était magnifique pour profiter du paysage et de la vue sur l’Etna (notamment depuis la piscine) ! La maison est très bien équipée et agréable, de même que l’ensemble du terrain (partagé avec le second logement) : piscine, chaises longues, grand jardin… Nous recommandons ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer de très bonnes vacances à l’Est de la Sicile !

Alles bestens!

Sehr freundliche Besitzer die immer hilfsbereit waren. Das Haus super sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist an einem kleinem Weingut mit direktem Blick zum Ätna. Der Pool und die Liegewiese wird mit einem weiteren Ferienhaus geteilt. Die Besitzer wohnen ebenfalls in einem Haupthaus auf dem Areal.

Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir die wunderschöne parkähnliche Liegewiese mit Panoramaterrasse, Grill und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool empfunden. Die Terrasse unmittelbar vor unserem Haus bot zu jeder Tageszeit einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Etna.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wunderbarer lage

Auch im Oktober zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ätna, das hat schon was. 20grad, blauer Himmel und die Bergkuppe bereits schneebedeckt. Eine schöne geräumige, saubere Wohnung mitsamt einer Flasche Wein und einem zur Wochenmitte überbrachten orangenmarmorkuchen das ging eindeutig in Richtung Dolke Vita. Mille Grazie!

Uitstekend

Mooi huis met een geweldig uitzicht op de Etna. Inventaris mooi en compleet. We kregen nog een zelfgebakken cake en een fles wijn. Groot terras en een mooie tuin waar je gebruik van kon maken. Bijzonder aardige eigenaresse. We bevelen het huis van harte aan.

Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Weingut und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Man kann herrlich entspannen. Der Pool war nicht im Boden eingelassen (Standpool), was das einzig nicht 100 Prozent Perfekte war.

My husband and I spent a week at this beautiful property.. Thr owners were wonderful.

The property is surrounded by vineyards and the grapes were abundant. The house is beautiful, clean and charming. Staying there was one of our best memories of Sicily. We would highly recommend it! The owners shared their wine and a delicious orange cake--they were wonderful hosts. The home is on a large estate overlooking Mount Etna. The views are spectacular. We ate all our meals outside on the deck. Everything about this property is 5 star!

Modern house and nice family

Together with our two children (17 and 18) we stayed for a week in the house on the slope of the Etna. The house was very clean, the view astonishing and the hospitality of the family was great. They gave us very good tips for beaches and restaurants, brought us a lovely homemade cake and gave us very good red wine from their own vineyard. We loved our stay and would surely recommand the house to others

Superlative!

We use VRBO often when we travel. We have had very good experiences where the place was as advertised. This experience at Viagrande exceeded our expectations! The home is lovely and the view of Mt. Etna was stunning! Our hosts were wonderful, even leaving us a bottle of wine from their winery and an orange cake Gae had made. Their winery is lovely and the vineyard peaceful. There is nothing I would change about our experience! I highly recommend this rental!

Such a beautiful house! Breathtaking Views!

Our stay at Dietro Sierra was lovely! We were greeted by the owners Gae & Michele upon our arrival at this beautiful home. Gae baked us such a delicious cake and the tastiest bottle of wine which was the sweetest gesture and made us feel at home. The house was so clean and well kept. There was everything you needed including kitchen utilities, fresh towels and all that you could think of. Shampoo and soaps & even a nice cold bottle of water in the fridge. To every last detail. We were amazed by the excellent hospitality of Gae & Michele. The area was simply blissful, amazing views of Etna, beautiful vineyards surrounding the house and endless gardens. We didn't want to come home after staying at Dietro Serra. Thank you so so much Gae & Michele for taking care of us and for making our holiday memorable and a home we will definitely be coming back too!! See you soon!! 😊😊

Great little detached bungalow in very attractive surroundings with superb views of Etna.

Lovely modern house, well appointed about 2km from centre of Viagrande, which has shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Although not a particularly attractive town. There's a centre with big supermarkets 10 mins drive. Owners were very helpful. The house is away from the road in semi rural surroundings, in the middle of the owners vineyard. (They very kindly gave us a bottle of their wine. ) The wifi is a bit hit & miss. It's within striking distance of plenty of attractions - don't miss going up Etna - expensive 63 euros pp, but well worth it. It's also very pleasant to just sit on the terrace or in the garden & relax. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend it

Winter Dream in Viagrande

After two weeks vacation our stay in Sicily came to a wonderful end in this vineyard paradise in Viagrande. The house is very cozy and warm, well equipped and clean, a lot of space for the two of us, offers calmness and an overwhelming view to the Etna Mountain. The hosting family is very nice and offers any support needed, even welcomed us with own wine and a delicious cake. Our trips to the Etna have been very special due to the snow that fell heavily and we enjoyed the days out in the nature and coming home into the warmth. Thank you very much for your hospitality and all the best!
