Was in Redmond for an ultra race at Smith Rock. Brought some friends and my kids to make a weekend adventure of the trip. The stay overall was 4.5/5 stars. It was cozy and comfortable, and we had more than enough beds for the number of guests. The overall cleanliness was good (surface level clean), though deep clean things like furnace intake, under furniture, and high ceiling cleanliness could be improved upon. The quiet, private deck/location was fabulous, The hot tub was clean, comfy, and worked well, especially during an epic thunder storm, and following my race when my legs were toast. My kiddos ranked the place 5/5 purely for having sufficient fuzzy, soft blankets and pillows and pool passes! Though we brought our own amenities, it was nice to see some extras in the bathrooms, and things like an extra roll of paper towels, laundry supplies, etc. made for a convenient stay. Thank you!Not sure the "newly remodeled" non-refundable fee was valid given the quality of furniture/finishes, lack of extra tvs in bedrooms (not that we needed them), and the broken fridge/freezer handle. But it was a lovely well-stocked chalet in a quiet location at Eagle Crest. We would definitely stay here again.
