6つのベッドルーム（1つはバスルーム付き）、2つのメインバスルーム（1階と1階）のある大きな家。 各レベルには、独自のキッチンとダイニングエリアがあります。
裏庭を出て、草地を横切ってコリングウッドビーチの美しい砂地まで20 m歩きます。 子供が交差する道はありません。
お気に入りのドリンクを飲みながら、バルコニーから素晴らしい水の景色をお楽しみください。
施設のすぐ後ろには、ジョギング、家族とのサイクリング、または素晴らしい海岸線の景色を楽しみながらリラックスするのに最適なコンクリートの小道があります。

ロケーション

ビーチフロントの場所。 家の前には19 kmの自転車道があり、ハスキソン村（7km）に1方向、またはセントジョージズ盆地（12km）に移動できます。

コリングウッドビーチは美しく、何マイルも伸びています。他のビーチもたくさんあり、すべてがジャービスベイ国立公園につながっています。

The house was a great house for our families to celebrate our early Christmas. It had all the amenities and utensils that we required. Would recommend this house to anybody for a big group get away.

Great access to the beach for swimming and sand play for the kids. Great communication with host! Running/walking track at the back gate for great running/walking/biking. Easy access to trail walking. Shops nearby.

Fantastic property for large family or group. Lovely beach, great open plan living area and comfortable beds. The 6th bedroom is just a corridor with a bunk bed that you need to walk through to get to the other downstairs bedrooms so it is not great for adults and a bit of a stretch to call it a bedroom but the other rooms are great. The kitchen has loads of pots, pans, glasses and crockery and has an Aldi coffee pod machine.

Great location!

Fantastic house, great location

We had 9 people living comfortably in a very clean and spacious house, only meters from the beach. This was a fantastic little holiday and a great please to stay. We will be back!

Beautiful house to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday with our family. Beautiful views of the Bay. We did have a plumbing problem but the communication with the host was excellent and problem was fixed quickly. Would recommend!

Perfect location

We were a large group covering four generations of family. The house was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was very well supplied with china, glasses and cutlery, and pots and pans. The house is right on the beach at Vincentia and the house has a lovely big balcony and terrific views of the sea. Our host Marie was very approachable and responsive even providing beach chairs for my elderly Mum to sit on the beach to watch the Great Grandchildren. It was a wonderful week of making memories. I highly recommend this holiday house.

had a lovely & relaxing time

we had a very pleasant holiday staying at this property. We had two families each with adults, teenagers and some older kids. Great location on the beach with bicycle pathway adjacent. Kids could skate/scooter all the way into town on the path. Property great for these ages as seperate space for the teens downstairs whilst adults can have quiet space upstairs. Marie has been very thoughtful with the small things that matter, like making sure there are plenty of cleaning products, bin bags, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cups for a crowd. Recommend A++

Wonderful family weekend

We had a brilliant stay at Maria’s home for my Dad’s 70th birthday… there were 6 adults and 5 kids and it fit us well… the house is in a perfect location just steps from the beach, the kids loved the ocean path for scooter rides each day and the fenced yard was perfect for them to play whilst the grown ups watched on the balcony overlooking the kids, water and passing dolphins with a glass of bubbles. The house was very well equipped, had plenty of fridges for all of the food / drinks you need for a large group, plenty of servers / plates etc, there is nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Maria allowed us early check in which was wonderful. Will definately stay again! Thank you Maria

Marie was outstanding as a host and couldn't thank her highly enough for her quick responses and support. Some quick highlights, lowlights of the property for future bookers... Highlights Super convenient Beach access is the winner for this property Suitable for large families Well equipped Lowlights Air-conditioning is not throughout the property Linen/Towels are not included - and for circa $1200 per night, i'd say this should be a given Property was not as clean as i would have expected, both in and out Visibly older style property, with those smells that just cannot be removed, particularly in the upper bathroom

Dear Mr Leonardi, Firstly I wish to thank you for your review as these reviews are welcome and insightful for many prospective guests. I acknowledge that your opening remarks are very flattering of our overall guest support and home location. I must address the remarks re the Linen, air conditioning, cleanliness of the home and the smells from a bathroom. These need to be explained as they do impact on other guests opinion of the home suitability for their family. The Linen - The Linen hire is not included and is highlighted in our lease agreement. I am advised that you were reminded by email that the linen was not included in the rate. Homes of this size that provide linen are more expensive than ours due to the addition of Linen. We do however organise linen at the guests request if they wish for an at cost extra. Air Conditioning - Not all home are suitable for fully airconditioned installations, ours is one with main living area Split System A/C but ceiling and pedestal fans are provided for Bedrooms. Cleanliness - Our Cleaners do the best job they can in a limited time available of 4 hours between guests of which we are not the only home they are required to clean. Bathroom Smell - I am not aware of any such smell and many previous guests have not brought it to our attention. In closing our home has excellent reviews overall and I will say that the home is not a modern luxury home but it is not dated. It is a contemporary home which is very open, light filled and very well suited to families providing a separate internal apartment, 3 fridges, 3 bathrooms, and separate WC. I apologise that our home disappointed you in that you were not satisfied with your accommodation for this stay. regards, Marie

Fantastic home, repeat tenant

We've been visiting Jervis Bay for many years now. We've settled on renting Mana Magic as it had a prime location, plenty of space and all the comforts you need. It's always clean and well maintained

Great for families!

We spent the weekend with 12 people and it fitted us perfectly. There are 2 separate living areas and rooms are spread out well so you can be in. the action or escape from it. Proximity to the ocean and the walking trail are perfect and the big new oven was healthy supply of appliances were greatly appreciated.

Perfect location a few steps from the back gate to the beach shops a minute drive up the road

Everyone loved the properties location plenty of room if you needed space two kitchens only problem we didn’t have enough time to use the table tennis table we will definitely book this property again
