Everything is good. Great location for the slopes, unfortunately they were closed. Great place for family reunion, home has a couple baby groom sinks clogged but that’s an easy fix. Home is great and spacious, all 13 of us slept comfortably. Victor was a great host and answered all our questions.

This unit is super spacious and quite comfortable. Viktor provided timely and accurate responses both before and during our stay. Peace and quiet and a choice location.10/10 would recommend.

Great house in the best location at Camelback—steps from the slopes with VIP parking! Spacious, fun, and perfect for groups. Taking off one star for an uncomfortable bunk bed and a mildew smell in one bathroom.

First let me start by saying that Viktor is very nice and great at communicating with you. He was pleasant and only took a few minutes to respond when messaged. The property is in an amazing spot, the views are lovely and wildlife is abundant! The attractions like Camel beach and Camelback Adventure Trio are right there just minutes from the front door and we appreciated all there was to do and see in the area. Barley Creek is a wonderful place to take the family and then play some yard games put in their outdoor area. The Outlets are a short drive away and there are many things to do with the family. Now, for some down sides of the property. As I said Viktor was very kind but the property could use a ton of work. The beds on the second floor are all broken, some have no box springs only mattresses stacked on top of one another. Fine for kiddos but adults will sink nearly to the floor. The beds on the "basement" floor are also in poor shape, a family member that slept down there woke up nearly folded up like they slept on a hammock. The primary bed was comfortable enough. And, the cleaning staff has neglected to wash any of the mattress protectors, so it was unfortunate to remake beds and see what appeared to be dark red stains. Many things are broken as it does appear to be a more "bachelor" getaway, there were probably 40 liquor bottles on the cabinets in the kitchen. Updated paint, new furniture and a total update would make this property worth coming back to. See pics

We had an amazing stay and unfortunately lost our dog during the fireworks. Viktor helped us get the word out and was so supportive and caring. He was a friend to us and within 36 hours we found the dog. Amazing home and fits a lg fam well.

We all enjoyed ourselves, it was for my son 2nd Birthday and everything was great. I think the host name was Viktor or something like that. He’s the best . From details to parks to go to the whole 9. We will DEFINITELY be staying again.

The size and location were great. House is in need of TLC. Host was easy to contact and was prompt to reply. Located close to everything. Overall everyone had a really good time.

Camelback Ski trip

Awesome trip again this year, Viktor is a great host and we love staying right next to the slope. So easy triply ski in ski out. Best house at Camelback.

Wonderful location!

This was our second stay at this home. Viktor was very responsive and check in/checkout was a breeze. We love the fireplace that keeps us cozy after a day on the mountain.

New Year 2025 Getaway

My family and I have stayed in several different units at Village at Camelback throughout the last 35 years. This unit exceeded our expectations with the amazing sunroom and the large sofa in the living room, which comfortably seated most of our guests at the same time. The bedrooms on the lower level are nice with new floors. One of the beds was broke in the bedroom with the built ins. The other bedroom needs a dresser. There is no way to unpack. Easy check in and communication with Viktor was smooth thru texting. Our problem was with the kitchen. It was very dirty. Dishes, insides of the cabinets, coffee cups, everything needed to be washed before use. The pots and frying pans in the closet were dirty and rusty! We had to buy a frying pan for our use during our stay. Very unhealthy and extremely disappointing. Even the tea pot on the stove was rusty inside and needs to go in the trash. I informed Viktor that the kitchen was NOT clean and he said that he was going to speak to the cleaning service. So if you are staying here, you may want to check with Viktor to confirm pots and pans have been replaced. And that the dishes and utensils are clean.

Perfect location

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we love it! Right next to the slope, plenty of room for the whole family. Owner is very pleasant to work with and made everything run smoothly. Looking forward to booking again.

Perfect Property for a Group

From check in to check out Viktor was an absolute perfect host. The space has four bedrooms with more than enough beds for all of our friends. This was the first time our group got together and everyone got to sleep on a bed so everyone was thrilled beyond belief thank you so much for such an amazing trip, and definitely consider booking

Good place with plenty of lovations

A couple families with young kids - stayed for two nights including July 4th, cooked and ate there, used the community pool. Lots of indoor locations for sleeping, good living room and bedrooms, functional kitchen and bathrooms. Garbage and pool were easy to find and use. LOTS of stairs (3 sets inside, and more outside), so definitely needs to be able to use those to stay there. Not the most updated place, as pictured, but worked well for our budget and needs. The table in the windowed area was a favorite and we even caught Independence Day fireworks from the neighboring resort - that we could watch through the glass from inside or from the porch.

Love to ski and snowboard and love the fact that the slope is right by our house- no more walking far to get that sandwich just stop , don't change eat and go back. Getting on the slope during night time and enjoy the view- is simple our focus point. We want our quest to feel warm and get feedback cause it's the key to a long term relationship.
