Fraser Island is an isolated, natural & wild destination. Please do your own research to ensure you have the necessary knowledge, no equipment and mindset needed so that you know what to expect and can get the most out of your stay.

IMPORTANT:
Only 4x4 VEHICLES (4WD) are permitted ON Fraser Island/ K'GARI.
If you do not have a 4WD vehicle you will not be able to board the barge to get to the island.

Our family had a great holiday, 10/10.Bree is very friendly, welcoming and everything we could hope for in a host.Accomodation is exactly as described and suited us perfectly. It was so nice to have the chance to explore the island and come back to rest.Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning guests!

The property doesn't suit fishermen as you are not to fillet fish on site, & getting vehicles out was challenging at times.The host was very friendly & helpful & would recommend this type of accommodation for general holidaying folk (not guests looking for a fishing adventure).

Loved our Holiday

The property was exactly what we expected and made a great base for our family to explore the island, with no flash bells and whistles just a comfortable place to come home to each night. Bree was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Will definitely book here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, having been camping on the island for several years - staying in the house was much easier. The house was clean with everything we needed. Happy Valley is a great central location. Thanks Bree.

The cabin was all we expected & more and the location couldn't be more perfect. Bree was a perfect host who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return in the future.

Definitely our go to.

Our second stay at Brees cottage this year. Suited us perfectly because we just needed a little place that was comfortable for the two of us and had easy access to the beach. Bree is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. More than happy to stay there again. Definitely our go to.

The property is exactly how it is described by the host Bree. Awesome host who is very helpful and welcoming. We loved the location of The Cottage. Easy access to the beach from Happy Valley. We will be back.
