Lovelly little place at a great location with everything you need for your stay. The owners were super responsiveto all correspondence. BBQ needed a good clean before use and inside could of been a little cleaner but in saying that, we spent maybe 10 minutes in all going over a few areas. All being said it was a super pleasant stay and we wouldn't hesitate booking again! Would most definitely recommend to anyone!!

This property was perfect for our stay. House was clean, amenities were as described, easy check in, great communicator and some nice little touches around the house including maps of Fraser as an example. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Fraser Getaway

Our stay at Castaways on Fraser was very enjoyable. We would stay again. The location is furthur away than others from the Island's attractions but the scenic drives make this a small concern.

Fabulous Fraser Island Retreat

Lovely clean property in a great area Option to have sheets and towels would be a great option when you travel from abroad. Salt and pepper and oil would also be a great addition as would spare toilet roll. Otherwise great pad to explore Fraser.

Great spot

We had 3 couples staying at the house. It is in a great location to get to all places on the island. It was very clean and exactly as described. The house was a great place to relax after a day driving around. Everyone was comfortable sleeping and there is also a single bed in the room with the double bed. Very happy with the communication from the owner. Would stay there again.

Great base to explore from

Really good base to explore the island from. Clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. Solar power system worked seamlessly and it had really good appliances (e.g. bbq and stove top etc.. - although grill didn't seem to work) and mostly good crockery and knives etc (the cutlery was a bit basic and different sized wine glasses and cups could be addressed). The only other real improvement I could think of is supplying bath towels and bath mats (or at a minimum at least bath mats as this is a bit weird to have to bring away on holiday) and to make sure things like soap dispensers are not nearly run out. With all of that said, I would definitely stay there again and just use my experience to know what to bring to fill a few gaps. Thanks for the stay!

This cute little house was neat & clean, simple but had everything you'd need, plus great location just near Eurong Resort - it was perfect for our 3 night stay.
