I was born and raised in Midlands England but I have lived in Texas for the past 35 years. I love to cook, travel, read, and listen to jazz. I’m married with 3 grown daughters. I was trained in Europe as a Saucier Chef. Prior to coming to the states, I traveled to many countries all over the world and lived in Dubai UAE for 4 years. This has created an awareness and appreciation for many cultures. I own an Event Management company here in Houston and I am a certified NVQ service trainer.
