Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and found the property true to the pictures. We appreciate your comment about the game room in the garage being too hot and will look into ways to make it more comfortable. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future!

We sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience you experienced with your reservation. It's unacceptable that your booking was canceled so close to your arrival, especially after receiving confirmation emails. We understand the frustration of being left without assistance, particularly while traveling with children. It's good to hear that a friend was able to help you out, but we know this was not the vacation you had planned. Your feedback regarding the lack of support from both the host and VRBO is valuable, and we will ensure it is addressed. We truly regret that your experience was so negative, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns with us.
