We had a great stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and full of great little amenities that made for a lovely stay. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Truly it was one of the better experiences we’ve had! Huntsville is a gorgeous little spot and, in my opinion, one of the prettiest spots in the state. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Great mountain get away

Very clean. Every detail was thought of including k-cups, razors, ect. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while skiing 3 days total at Snowbasin and Powder Mtn. The property is conveniently located approx 7-9 miles north of Snowbasin and about 15 miles south/southeast of Powder Mtn. The property was exactly as advertised and the hosts (Fran and Rich) were the most attentive and responsive hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Great place!

Amazing, personable renters! Great central location. Clean, updated and organized. Community pool is steps away! Lake is walking distance too.

Great Place

We came to this condo for our honeymoon. It was either this one or a cute dome house...we chose this one because it had a hot tub. Very disappointed to get there and the hot tub was empty, full of leaves, and obviously not working. They came out twice while we were there to look at it but nothing came of it. If I had known this prior to the booking, I wouldn’t have chosen this location. Besides the hot tub...the condo was very clean. There was a nice basket full of things in the bathroom, razors, soap, hair ties, etc. Heads up for the owner: At night people sit at the stop sign across the road so the lights hit you like a train when you’re laying in bed, or sitting on the couch. Also, the tv must have a short of some sort because if you touch it, sometimes it’ll shock you.

Weekend getaway

Overall the stay was good. The room was nice and clean. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. One of the main reasons we booked this room was the private hot tub. When we arrived it was the first thing we went to check out. The water was dirty and had leaves in it. The water level was too low and there was no water spigot to add more water. The sign saying they clean and check the hot tub weekly made me nervous about how well the rest of the condo was actually cleaned. Especially during the pandemic. Very disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub as that was the main reason we picked this rental ahead of others. The outdoor bbq grill was rusted and sitting on paint cans. No covered parking as mentioned in the listing. Aside from these few things it was a good stay.

A Good Trip

We had a nice stay, it was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It even had extra blankets to use in the living room which was very nice. There was a spot on the carpet in the bedroom. I was very disappointed in finding the hot tub on the balcony to be unusable. It was half full, and had dirty water and leaves in it. The cover was not working to keep out these things, and it looked as if it had not been prepared for us. Also, there was no parking pass that we could find. However, the manager over the property did respond very quickly to this. However, he did let us know that there wasn't much he could do since he was in Costa Rica at the time. It would have been helpful if there was a backup person to go to who was more local that could have helped. He was very responsive and will be working with us to return an item that we forgot in the Condo. I would stay here again if I knew we could use the hot tub and had a parking pass. Thanks, Laura

Escape to Huntsville Under Difficult COVID/West Coast Fire Evacuations

This was our very first VRBO experience... as the result of our decision.... or ok ...necessity of rapidly evacuating our home due to rapidly encroaching wildfires and “ unbreathable” air in Oregon near our home. We “ hit the road” with minimal “ survival supplies” and a plan to spend our first night in Ogden/Huntsville. We are also “ high risk for COVID “.... consequently... did NOT really want to leave our home... but due to fire we were forced to evacuate..... So initially we arrived in Huntsville after approximately 10-12 hours of driving.... only to find the condo we had reserved.... uncleaned..... we were SO tired at this point. We tried to contact our “ designated “ person/host via VRBO.... without success.... SO we emailed the cleaning company... and “ got to “ cleaning ourselves. Our little “ bright light “ was “ Carly” ... with Evolve Rental” and she could not have been more helpful!!! “ She said “ I will check this out and get back to you within 30 min... and sure enough she did!!! Later the property owner texted an apology...AND provided an immediate alternative condo( in which we stayed the rest of our time there) ... The owner personally texted me the next day with an apology and suggestions for resolution. So in any case, we felt our concerns were immediately, compassionately, and courteously addressed...and we would highly recommend this property. UNLIKE!!!! Our subsequent experience at 1069 Creekside Village in Ogden. The manager there. “Dennis “ was/ has lacked any sense of compassion or cooperation. He has been cruel, rude and obtrusive!!! He actually chastised me for phoning him on a Saturday pm with questions about a late Saturday pm checkin!! Telling me it is “ inappropriate “ to text , email, or call him with questions or concerns on a Saturday( even with a late Saturday checkin!!!) ! Then he called VRBO and had all my concerns placed in a Spam folder!! This is in sharp contrast with any of my other experiences with VRBO. Consequently, I would highly recommend the Huntsville property... while strongly discouraging you from booking ANYTHING at “ Creekside Village “ in Ogden!!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was very nice and the bed and couches were extremely comfortable. The Hot tub on the balcony was a nice bonus! I appreciated that the owner provided pool towels and chemicals for the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well stocked home!

Home was beautiful! Clean! Well stocked! The only issue we ran into, was we were in need of an iron. (A steamer is provided) but we were headed to a wedding and my husband’s shirt needed more then the Steamer! 😬 We reached out to Orian the property manager and he went above and beyond to get us what we needed in a quick manner! It was so appreciated! Great location! Great to work with, and easy access in and out! Made our stay so easy and wonderful! Would definitely stay there again!
