Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is located on the ground floor of the main house immensely. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts who we met onsite were incredibly welcoming and considerate. They made genuine efforts to ensure we had everything we needed, genuinely welcoming of children and even gave us freshly baked muffins. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

My family and I had the most amazing weekend up in Palm Beach at our friends wedding on the beach and to stay in this beautiful home and be welcomed by Gay & gorgeous Elmo, not to mention home made hot muffins delivered to our door step the next morning was such a special touch and lovely welcome platter on arrival. Rob had a great Mal which my boys kindly asked if they could borrow it, nothing was a problem highly recommend staying here and across the road the best cafe called Coast opens at 7am for coffee and lunch was so delicious. 5 Stars xxx Thank you so much hope to see you again soon. Great location with friendly hosts

Gay and Rob are wonderful hosts and work hard to make your stay memorable. The accommodation is a charming 2 story apartment block and the lower level apartment is light, clean and well located. Would highly recommend it. The only thing to note is that the bathroom is located off one of the two bedrooms - so may not be suitable for non families when it comes to accessing it.

Long weekend getaway

Had a great long weekend stay at Palm beach with the family. The home was within walking distance to local shops and beach. Very clean and self contained. We were greeted by the lovely host Gay, who was helpful in making us feel welcome right from the start. We appreciated Gay, Rob and Elmo's kind hospitality and look forward for visiting again.

A lovely beach holiday

A great location. Close to beaches, walks, restaurants and shops. The apartment is comfortable and clean and Rob and Gay are very hospitable. The cafe across the road is also excellent as is the nearby wine shop.

Beautiful location, exceptionally clean and comfortable!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights between Xmas and NY 2023. The location is so handy - across the road from a lovely cafe, a 3 minute walk to picturesque Sandy Beach (Pittwater side) for a dip or a waterfront stroll, and an easy bus ride or quick drive around to the surf beach. We loved being able to walk to most places, and having an undercover car space was excellent. We walked to the ferry wharf for a daytrip to Patonga, the beautiful Barrenjoey House restaurant and the local RSL Club - all so handy. Gay, Rob and Elmo are such wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. The courtyard is lovely for brekky or lunch, and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, and the bedding, quality bed linens and bathroom were all excellent. I hope to return as I felt so relaxed after 4 days in beautiful Palm Beach - thanks so much Gay for your wonderful hospitality!

Amazing hosts!

Very friendly hosts, excellent location beauriful accomodation, clean and well equupped kitchen and batroom with fresh towels,cleaning items, shampoos and soaps. We woild recommend this property for anybody who needs a holiday stay.

Phenomenal stay!

We recently stayed at Gay and Rob’s . There are no words to describe our stay other than beyond perfect. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Our rooms were immaculate and the bathroom was spotless with a variety of towels and soaps available. The fruit platter and fresh muffins were delicious and truly appreciated by everyone. Our girls fell in love with Elmo 🐶💙 and are literally counting down the days until we return. This is the best place to stay in palm beach. A Million Thank you’s 💕

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Gay and Rob were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was located a short walk to cafes and a beautiful providore. Freshly baked baked muffins and fresh fruit were a lovely touch and we were very grateful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The hosts, Gay and Rob were great. Very accommodating and helpful with all our requests. Fantastic gf muffins and goodies in the fridge were a great addition to the stay. The property is large and in a good location on the peninsula.

Outstanding stay with Rob and Gay!

We recently spent two nights at this charming, clean and immensely comfortable property. Rob and Gay went out of their way to provide exceptional service - from beautiful l’occitane products to freshly baked muffins. Communication was seamless (and fun!) and our group really appreciated the genuine care and thoughtfulness provided by our hosts at every turn. We’ll be back!

Wonderful home away from home

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Quiet and comfortable, it is a little oasis just down the road from Palm Beach. A great place to get away for the weekend and out of the hustle-bustle of city life.

Great stay for a family!

Great location for a family trip to NSW to enjoy beachside living! The apartment was clean, tidy and it had everything we needed for our stay! We truly loved the extra TLC touches from Gay and Rob, such as a few treats (kids and adults) in the fridge, homemade baked goods, the beautiful welcome message and their very approachable nature!

Perfect weekend away

Was an ideal case as my daughters wedding was around the corner. The hosts are gorgeous, warm, kind, interesting and chatty. We felt very welcome, I loved it and will return ❤️
