Glad to hear you enjoyed the property. We will have the toaster replaced and dishwasher baskets. The heating is ducted air conditioning and the control is on the wall in the hallway so not sure what you mean by no controller available. Pool overflow is normally controlled only by the pool service men but as you were unfortunately aware there was an incredible amount of rain on the weekend! Great minds think alike as we have just purchased an additional fridge for those larger groups that may require it. Hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for your kind words and review Jessika. It is great to read that you enjoyed your stay and our service. We look forward to welcoming you back again for another great stay soon.

Dear Lindsay, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in relation to your stay at Flamingo Key. Its great to read that you found the home well equip and spacious. We always appreciate receiving feedback from our guests in relation to their stay and we will take any feedback on board however would just like to clarify a few points: During your stay the Gold Coast experienced a lot of rain which in deed would have made the "midges" come out in abundance. We do advise our guests in the guest information folder to be mindful of however we opt not to supply any chemicals sprays at the properties and guests can purchase from the local supermarket at their discretion. We do advise all guests in their confirmations that we supply a "small amount of amenities" (copy below): "Please note this is your home away from home for your stay. We supply you with a few items for your arrival such as toilet paper, dish washing detergent, soap etc intended to last for the first day or so. You will then need to purchase whatever else you may need for the remainder of your stay." Some of our properties owners do supply board games or guests leave them behind for others, you must have missed these at Flamingo Key as there are certainly games there along with an array of books. Thank you for letting us know about the maintenance items noted in your review and I am pleased to advise that our maintenance has rectified.
