We have stayed at this property multiple times and look forward to it each year. We really enjoy sitting on the back porch looking out over the water and the kids love jumping off the dock. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are extremely quick to respond as well. I highly recommend renting both houses together.

Third year in a row for old college buddies golf outing. Property is perfect for us and is great. Hill Country have been absolutely wonderful to us.

Awesome stay

The host was very accommodating and responsive, although I didn’t need to reach out much since instructions were very clear and easy to find answers to any questions I had. The property is beautiful, right on the water with no houses on the other side of the lake which we liked. The pool was clean and the hot tub was big. We will most likely stay here again

Amazing property

Excellent property that accommodates a large group and it is pet friendly. variety of things to do around, from fishing, water sports, to hiking nearby state parks. this is our 3rd trip to this house and e greatly recommend it

Amazing Property

We rented both Azure 1 and 2. Both homes were very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the water.

Great place for the whole fam damily!

We got both houses and had plenty of room for all of us. The houses were very clean and well appointed. Our a/c stopped working and the repairman was there and had it going again within 30 minutes. The porches and decks and pool were awesome. Super fun and we’ll definitely stay there again.

Perfect lake getaway - book both Azure 1&2, if you can!

My extended family (ages 4-80) stayed in the wonderful Azure Relaxin’ 1 and 2 over the long Labor Day weekend. The view of Lake LBJ was amazing from both homes, and a quick walk down the lawn had us at the docks/the lake/the fire pit. Clean home, beds/furniture comfortable/plentiful, AC temperature great, pool clean and refreshing, kayaks fun and useful to paddle out to our rented jet skis (from Splash Boat Rentals) to avoid getting stuck in the duckweed, foosball/shuffleboard/big tv for us to set up karaoke all awesome…and one small issue was addressed promptly. Azure 1’s kitchen was particularly well equipped and the dining areas perfect for a large group dinner. It was an awesome weekend…Highly recommend!

Very good vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of beds and three full baths to accommodate a crowd. Lots of games and things to do including kayaks and pool accessories. It’s close to boat rentals, restaurants and an H-E-B. There are four bedrooms that connect to each other, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Communication was great, there was no propane for the grill so I messaged them and there was a full tank within 20 minutes or so.

Wonderful for our Large Family

We (12 adults and 9 children) had a great stay at Azure 1 and 2. The layout of the homes was perfect for our large group and the pool was amazing for these hot days. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of rooms to accommodate our group. We all loved the shuffleboard table, and the spaciousness of the homes. The view was beautiful and the lake was peaceful. We will definitely love to stay here again for our next family reunion.

Nice Family Vacation

My family of 16 enjoyed the property. We of course loved the swimming pool, the size of the home was great and having a place to put our boat was great too. We had fun with the kayaks and the pad for the water in the lake was great fun! Everyone had a great time and were comfortable.

Relaxing. Easy access to boat rental and in a grocery store just minutes away.

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was very well equipped although a bit tight to work in with two cooks. The water toys were a big hit with the grandkids along with the pool. The property was very clean. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars and boat. Easy access to the lake.

Outstanding Property and Management

Group of 8 college buddies on annual (for many years) golf get together. Very comfortable and well maintained property. Dealing with property management was a breeze and very helpful. Highly recommend the property and management.

Beautiful location in Lake LBJ

Almost perfect. We did have a problem heating up the hot tub. The house had 3 bathroom but not enough hot water or water pressure to use them at the same time. Both were minor problems. I would definitely return and recommend to others. We completely enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with some friends and our families. Great dock for the kids to jump in the lake and a good set up for sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Vacation for Marine Veterans

This property is exactly what we all needed. Our family consists of a group of Marines who served and deployed together and their spouses. We vacation every year together as a tradition. We loved the isolated location and not a lot of people around. We enjoyed time at the dock, in the water, playing at the pool, fishing, kayaking, and spending time around a camp fire. Every one of us enjoys time disconnecting from life and spending time laughing and reminiscing about our friendship. We had a BBQ marathon because they allowed us to bring our own trailer grill where we enjoyed endless Texas BBQ for three days. The space was big enough to accommodate our big group inside and outside. Everything was wonderful! We all had an amazing time.

Great back yard area, but…

When we arrived at the home there were at least 8 huge dead roaches. The cable on the tv in den area was not working. The management company sent me a text Saturday stating to call or reply to message w any issues- I did respond to text saying cable wasn’t working- ( we were hoping to watch college football)- by Sunday I still had not heard from them, so I called in morning- was told someone would be by- by afternoon I had not heard from anyone so I called, and then someone did come out only to say the cable wire had been knocked on outside. The management company did not appear concerned. Backyard in this home was nice, kitchen is very small.

Vacation Home on LBJ

The property was very comfortable. There was an incident with the Air Conditioner leaking from the closet in the bathroom. We called for maintenance their response time was very quick same day and resolved the issue.. Plenty of Beach towels for the pool and amazing views form the upper boat dock. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and baking needs. Will be back
